As this phone targeted for mid level so there's no necessary Wifi, auto focus, 3.5 mm out, and so on. Other than SE who offer Doc. Editor, led cam flash, over the air firmware upgrade, phone book backup on memory card and solid battery life for a mid tire phone?

impressive? it doesn't even have EDGE, HSDPA, wifi, 3.5mm audio jack, gps, multimedia oriented features.
it is still powered by obsolete 200Mhz cpu by Philips.

I think this phone will be best phone of 2008. It's popularity will be bigger than K750i, W800i, K850i, N73 and G600 if price is around USD 400 to 425. Well done Sony Ericsson keep it up.

have you heard of an accessory:
WiFi enabler...
if you dont,, this is now mention in the G700 white paper
it means that all of the SE A200 phones now have an option to attach a Wifi and go BOOM.!

"G" Stands for "great" :) this phone is great, slim, lite, and 12h of talk-time OMG!!
None of the Nokia phone's can do 12h of talk-time, and i read that is similar to 6300... why? because it's slim? yes, it is slim, but 6300 don't have Wi-fi, neither 3.15MP and defenetly not 12h of talk-time.
I think Sonyericsson is a great brand with great phones, i have an old w810i and i love it, but i'm thinking of saving some money to by this beauty, but life here in Portugal is not easy and this phone will cost more than 450€ for shore... So i will start the saving right now!!

SE rules!!! and Go Sony ericsson and new generation for Sony Ericsson! and NOKIA phones are loosers and look at the new models of NOKIA they lack of many features and NOKIA are still creating lack of many features and the design are the same with the old brands!
