finally , se released this phone , wow
the disign is perfect ( red colour ) , as 4 me and my friends we preffer this disign , also 5 mp camera , and the memory , also the display 2.4inch with 240x320 p, and wifi , and 3g , touch screen , fm radio with rds
mp3/aac/mpeg4 player, handwriting recognition , trackid music recognition and os < these are what i want ! wow > , and as i knew it has gps, great!! , i wishit has xenon flash , and the 3g is better ,
thank u sony ericsson , finalyyyyyyy you gave us this wondeful phone , but please friend stell me what about the sound , it's the most important thing for me , is it has loud sound i want it lout like w series with 72 channels , if it has it you can then say : it's the best phone in the world

What about a lens cover. I think it can get dirty or/and dusty easily which has a negative influence to the photo quality. What do you think about that?

If Sony would improve thier design a little bit, and include a 3.5mm jack into ALL of thier phones. Then Sony Ericsson would rule the world in terms of Mobile Technology.
Sony is already the best manufactuer of Portable Laptops!

hey dose this phone records at VGA resolution.... n dose it plays at 30fps..??
what is the max. capacity of memory...??
which symbian edetion it has..??

If not the new XPERIA X1 then it will definately be this!
One thing I have noticed is that Sony Ericsson has only announced smart-phones (G900 G700 & XPERIA X1) and a new C Series of phones (C702 & C902)
Apart from the W980i, where are all the walkmans???

i have a SE k850i.....but this phone is like P1+k850i+w810i........is the BEST phone.........i know the card m2=8gb then SE memory is like N95 8gb.....than this pfone is VERY SMALL........amd have 5MP autofocus ,flash,blitz,.......and color(our eyes can se only 30k-55k color........the nokia have many color for nothing....)an it have a GREAT batery......TOUCH screen.........i expect to have a great sound......at laudnes.......and SE rull is dominaiting the WORLD.....ALL WORLD.....i think the NOKIA boss have a SE G900(G=new world Generation)

yeah, it's really a great phone with a nice design. Bravo for Sony technical staff. However, about the price, I always worry about the price of hi-tech phone of Sony. It seems that the price exeeds the real value of the phone too much

This looks verry nice, it looks 100% phone , not to big not the small. And packe'd with a lott of feateres !! With killer battery ... G900 is a BOM !!

No way to complete with N82 - N82 has Xenon Flash, G900 has Poor Flash.:(

have you noticed that both samsung and sony ericsson uses the letter "G" for model name? "900" & "700" for SE, "800" & "810" for samsung. there are other letters in the alphabet, guys...

Great phone, hope that will be my next phone if not to expensive and I get good deal on contract
btw. EDGE is the same as IR in my eyes. Is just old technology and no use for me, UMTS and Wi-FI all the way
