i got the g900 today. overall a decent phone. it has a very good loudspeaker. ringtones are clear and loud. but the user interface is still slow but better then p1. it is a jack in all department like music, media, looks, internet browsing, battery life etc. in short its worth your hard earned money. the loudspeaker is excellent.

Dream on! The G900 sound quality is not as good as N78. The G900 is a more Office orientated type device, whilest the N78 is a Multimedia device mainly for Music, Radio and Video, and it also features a dedicated sound chip and amp, so there's absolutely no way the G900 can be better at sound. The G900 is going to be a great mid end UIQ smartphone though, too bad it does not come with a memory card in the package.

Obviously you don't like it, then don't buy it!

You already said your piece,then...let other people decide for themselves!

> In reply to [deleted post]I guess John(?) you can only insult people but unable to reason.

You may have a working G900 (now) but that does NOT mean others (many) do not have problems with theirs (the same model)

Your sampling rate is one or two and you and others generalize - how great is this phone - but only thing they can drag about their own phone - if they have any.

There are many trolling going on here .

Only thing I am saying: NOT ALL G900 great if any.

I think it is slow - I have looked more than one unit.

The screen looks dim, and not sharp at all.

You like your phone than enjoy it - others, watch out for reliability and check out the unit before you buy it!
If you like it, BUY IT!!! the very same one!

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2008-06-03 15:01 from kWZHif u want good sound.. go for the samgsung soul.. the Bang & Olufsen amp and sound quality (using a headset) of this phone makes it easily the front runner in sound, peace.

i thought N78 was a music phone, so isn't the sound better than G900? it doesn't make sense the other way

> In reply to Hamid @ 2008-06-03 12:17 from 3igk1) Yes, you can edit Office files if you get an Office suite for UIQ.

2) Sound quality is much better than N78 but W960i has the best sound quality.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2008-06-03 08:47 from MT%6It has a touchscreen and smartphone capabilities and 5mp camera, touch focus, Wi-fi and considering all its features, I don't think its price is high.

Get a life! You don't even own a G900.
