it has an interesting design, nice to hold. no worries about the font size, it takes up half the screen, good phone to keep for a spare phone, generally cater for people who doesnt need too many functions in a phone itself. good battery life too. =)

If we presume that te target group for this phone are elderly people who don't need cameras, mp3-players, etc. what is the point of the color screen and tightly packed keys?
the use of monochrome screen would improve readability and reduce power consumption. in combination with excelent SE batteries it would have better standby and call times than majority of the cheap phones on the market(nokia 1100).

why come out with this phone? the answer is simply because there is a large market for basic phone especially in developing countries where average income is low. Here in the philippines, the biggest selling models are basic phones like Nokia's 1100 and 1600. Even those with high end phone usually have a second phone, usually a cheaper one.

The phone acutally weights 79 grams. Why advertising it to be 70 grams isntead? Urgent amendment is required.

Finally, a simple phone from SE! A lot of people buy Nokia and Motorola because they have those ultra-simple phones, and ultra-simple phones is a BIG market outside Europe, Japan and US.

hmm. considering they put in a small screen, it probably would of had been a good idea to make the phone a bit smaller. you know. like those small panasonic ones.
and on a side note, the keypad kind of reminds me of thje keypad of the n90.
