Phone memory is too less (only 200 entries). More over it's a long way to access phone nos saved in sim card. and not possible to access them (sim nos.)during the call. System of call history is also not very friendly. Repeated entries erase the one you require because only 30 calls (incl. received and missed) are available. But overall other features are good for this price.

overall fairly good, though keypads not too good.Battery life about 3 to 4 hours talktime. Phone response is a bit slow, eg when disconnecting a call. Radio sound quality is very good compared to the low priced models of Nokia and Motorola. Good value for money at INR1600/-

I've used this phone for 2 weeks now. Here is what I think:
Pros:
- The battery is amazing! I've only had to charge it once, it has been running for 14 days. My daily usage is about one to three 1-2 mins calls and about 5 sms'es.
- The middle buttons shortcuts have served me well; sms, phonebook and alarm. It's basically the only thing I use so the only time I've to enter the menu is when Im switching to silent.
- The phone is small, light, rugged and good looking for its prize.
- It's prize is so low it's almost funny.
Cons:
- You can't change to custom ringtones (not that Im aware of).
- You can only store 50 sms and 200 contacts
- I do have to save all phone numbers with country code so that I can see who the sender is in sms'es.
This phone is suited for those that are willing to sacrifice features in turn for simplicity and endurance. All in all I'm super happy with this phone, the only real downside for me is not being able to have custom ringtones (but meh, I'll prolly just switch to vibration anyway). Though the battery did last for 14 days (first charge) I'd be more than happy with just 7 days (wich I think is the norm for this phone). I tried the FM radio thingy and it worked cool, but blahh, radio sucks anyway -_-

For those of you who are looking at long battery life, this is it.
Another plus point is that the radio is really not bad at all, in terms of reception. Sound is ok, normal, not too bassy, not too high pitch.
The ring tone is loud, if you set it to the highest available option. 4 options only, silent, discreet, normal and loud.
One thing though, it does not have a calender function, even though you can make reminders.
It is a basic phone, no frills and it serves to its best ability as a phone, so do not expect perks like GPRS, GPS, WIFI, Bluetooth, or even MP3.
And I liken my J120 to Darth Vader. Loud, black and very reliable.

Seems no one answered my question posted yesterday.
My dealer didn't have J120 but i bought J110 today wich is almost the same (it's even cheaper but no radio).
Don't expect much from it, but for a cheap phone it's great. To sum up the pros and the cons:
-the keyboart is not brillian but OK; except the softkeys wich suck, they're hard to press and easy to miss.
-i don't like the moving icons in the menu, it makes it too slow and i get annoyed (lucky it doesn't have a lot of options to scroll through);
-the preset keys come in handy;
-no clock in the stand-by screen, this really sucks;
-alarm, ringing and conversation volumes are OK.
All in all, good phone for 35 euros :P Maby j120 is a little bit more expensive.

Hello. I'd like to ask j120 owners some questions:
- how's the volume durring calls?
- how's the ring volume?
- what's the texting like?
Please answer these questions; I'm looking for a ordinary phone that has good autonomy.
Thanks in advance!
