To open this phone, there is a little spot on the bottom back (Under the J132). Pull it down with your fingernail. It will only go down a little bit toward the miniusb slot. Then use your other hand to put a fingernail in the usb slot--pull in opposite directions and it should pop open.

this phone is the best phone i have ever had and i have had blackberries and i phone........ i can text all day without looking at the screen in work under my desk.... so take that stevie and craig

to all those who think of buyin this phone....my suggestion is NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....for mainly these 3 reasons..
1.the UI of the phone is very slow...so browsing through contacts and messages are very frustrating
2.damage prone even to a very samll impact
3.lenght of the power cord is very vry slow....
well if u want a phone which is even better with a cheaper price tag...i recommend nokia experr radio or the samsung wireless radio one.....

i actually send this as a gift to kicks and he was very very much happy state: :"oh' i've been waiting this phone since my birth thank you very much jus call as anytime"

When I sent msgs to my frnds so there was some recipient mobiles nos, want to know that how I can delete recipient numbers from nu sony errcsson phonee and I had alreay tried Go to “edit recipients” on the Options menu when you’re texting. Butt itss useless soo plzz helpp mee

The handset is not saving My name while it is saving My no.
Is it a problem of the set or defect in my handset only.

I see from the Messaging> Messaging tips>Writing tips in my phone that it says "select spell to write a word that is not one of the suggestions". However, I do not see that option at all.
Can someone please help?

Very good phone, does what is said on the box - a phone! But if I do not open a text message within a short period it goes to the saved box with no indication which can be a pain.

sony ericsson J132 phone is waste model in the mobile world. its giving the lot of noise while talking on the phone as well after call get disconnected also. just 20 days back I bought this immediatly speaker problem not able to hear ring sound even I put loud option. its waste model

i and family then friends like sony brand mobiles and cameras and dvd . we sony brand used last 7 years. your quality is best. we like mobile feauters , but we wait for dual network mobile
so kindly publesh dual network mobiles.
