The bisset problem with this phone is joystick!! its enough for me..

low memory
dull speakerzz
lousy software
unfriendly keypad
even very very poor reciever that i could not recieve a call in a traffic congested place . . . . . .

Its not a good basic phone to buy.Battery backup is bad and its having other issue like ringtone and joystick problem.So pls dont go for this model

poor phone it dont have an MMS service,my sister bought this phone for almost 1 year... but only 2 weeks she bought this,the phone lost its sound that annoys my sister...i bought a J210i and its better than J200i

I own this phone and it has horrible talk/standby time - I've noticed it since the day I got it and I simply cannot wait to get another phone. The screen quality is poor. The navigation-stick can't tell the difference between left & down. Backspacing an SMS is very slow. Monophonic ringtones are low even when the volume is set to maximum. Quite frankly, a worthless phone. Only good thing about it was it was dirt-cheap when I got it.

Hey this is a good phone 4 first time users as it's cheaap
It was my second phone
I do sorta regret buying it but 4 it's price it's good

never purchase this model.
even sony ericsson has stopped manufacturting this.

I had purchased one , it's display went wrong only after 3 months of purchase.

now after 16 months, the battery & mother board got damaged.

I've been using this phone for a year.
(-) battery only last for a day.
the joystick is very frustating, i cant
easily move the cursor as i want.
hang too many times.
strongly not recomended!

Well...at last I have got a chnce to express my greviences on this pathetic piece of equipment...this cell phne is stupid! the battry lfe is bad and he joy stick is damn useless!!!...to who ever plannning to buy this phone...dont, if you're looking at value for money.

Yeah,I too agree with you guys

This is a stupid model from Sony Ericsson,it started giving me problems within 2 months of purchase.The worst thing thing of this model is the bloody battery,wherever I go I have to carry charger with me
I have to mention some good things of this model also'excellent picture clarity and ringtones

Don't purchase this model,better you go for Nokia

Wallahi! this J200i of a thing! I regretted buying it with my God given Money N13,500.00 Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Nigerian Naira. Its failed just 2 weeks from purchase, I was charging it, and that was all. I Love SonyEric.. phones but I hated J200i and all J series everi.
No spearboards, no softwares for rplacement etc, I just thro it on the carpet.

this hp is sucks!i used it only 4 6 months n i changed 2 nokia 7260.the joystick is stupid.n i cant even change the cover.hell!!the battery is the worst of all hp..even nokia 3310 is better..haha..n i cant even use the gprs!i hate dis hp..but the sound is very good..but after all i hate dis hp.no sweat!

i have a sony ericsson j200 to and i hate the joystick to and if i want get a new ringtone he dosent do anything :s and i dosent know how you can instal gprs please somebody help me

It is a really useless phone...joystick stuffed, GPRS stuffed (three times in 6 months!), screen too small, poor build quality, went down about $50 from two months after I got it, poor battery, just a piece of useless tripe. And it is slow.

No games, themes, infrared does not work properly, and everything is under strange menu names. Fun and Games? Why not call it Fun Stuff?

Do not buy the J200i, you're wasting your cash, believe me. Sony Ericsson need to get their act together quickly, because I'm going for an LG next. Hopefully that isn't pathetic as J200i.

yes it is already a good cell phone but had a very bad problem and that is the battery of sony errecson j200!. and it,s joy stick is also useless.

I have been using J200 for about 9 months or so.The desighn is ok but the joystick is the worst i ever used in my life. Compared to its counterparts the battery life is the worst which lasts a few hours only. Anybody there in the company should consider my problem and take necessary actions.I wont recommend this mobile to anyone. My friend too is suffering and has sold his mobile for just 1500 bugs.There can be many options for a consumer to take necessary actions so do look into this matter seriously.
