I want to know, during a call it's back light remains ON, is there any option for it to keep back light OFF during call time?

k310 what a nice phone.problem is lack of memory but when thinking about it's sound quality i always think this is the best

love evrything about this phone. happens to b my first phone. just wish there was a memory card + radio for it. wud have been even better then :)

great cell. no memory stick. thats true, but its not that important. i mean, look at the other features. its a pity the lack of memory but i love just the way it is.

I really like that phone but no entry for memory card and some fault in joy stick disturbed me.
So i have sold it.

No bluetooth
No memory slot
Just 15MB storage capability (Just because of this I converted my cell & got 26 MB)

I'm using this cell phone since last 1yr & 2 months, but my joystick didn't created any prob lem :D
& now I've converted it from K310i to W200a. Cool set ;)

After 2 years of using this thing i think it still works)) But! as allways the SE joystick SUCKS! in these 2 years my K310i was everywhere.. it even falled down the toilet (it was an accident really) and it still lives))) everything is still as shiny as it was.. the Misty Silver color is the one to go for))
I think il put this phone in my "invincibe" collection wich contains Nokia 5110,3310,3220, SE K750i and now K310i )))

yes i agree with the first comment the joy stick is always bad after a year. well sony ericson can pls eradicate this phone

here's an update...
after a year of use...
the joystick is totally useless...
scroll to the left, and it scrolls downwards...
crappy build quality...
but what can you expect from the lower ranged models right?
served it's purpose though for about a year...
a dependable, inexpensive disposable celphone...

Well, it's a nice phone, it has the best sound I've ever heard! But it only has an infrared port and no bluetooth, the camera is only 0.3mp, it's not compatible with memory card, so it's not such a good phone. Right now I have this phone, but soon I'm getting a new phone and it's a Nokia 3500 Classic. Take a look at this phone, it's almost the same price and I'd say, it's hundreds times better.

Contacts can be put into groups on your phone press the joystick down or menu>contacts (or press the '8' when you're in the main menu) then go to options and there is an option for groups.
I dont understand though how any one could be displeased with this phone. I've had it for over a year and i've pretty much done everything with it. Sure it's camera isn't all that but it is one of the cheapest camera phones and thats exactly the point if you want a better camera phone buy one. And if you want a better music phone buy one preferably one starting with a 'W'. :)
This phone's specs was meant to be mid to low range and it's price should reflect that.
What i know is it can take pictures, play and stream music and videos, handle 3d games and can be used as a modem. If you want a phone that does all of those any better you'd have to pay a hell of a lot more. For me at the price I paid for it, (less than 50 U$), it's sufficient. It even withstands all the torture i put it through .lol. :) I cant tell you how many times i've dropped it... and nothing has happened. not yet anyway. :)
