good phone.gprs is prety good i hv been used it in d phone as wll as in system.only problem in the joystick,some directions it may not work.

i have been using k310i from 2007.. the only issue is with the navigation keys.. they dont work. most outstanding phone and also admirable product of sony Ericsson..

This phone is really very nice. I have been using for the past 5 years in this mean time there is no error, service issue not come

Its truely a good phone. I am using it for around 3-4 yrs. It is really working in a nice condition. I have just changed the battery.

remember... i really hit the phone to ground and wall over 500 times and still it bears me with no spec of problems at any cost.... really awesome phone in the world.

this is just unbelievable , i brought this phone on 18th august 2007 and today is 24 rth march 2011 and is still working, believe me i haven't got it repaired for any reason... great phone , am loving it...

I got it in sept 2007,great phone.OVER 4gb data,13000sms,still working.only problem joystick,but i found a way to repair it,just use little kerosene like stuff and is working fine again.

i hav this phone since 3 years. It is very good. The only problem is with the joystick. It is an awesome phone. but it should have some more memory. :D

I'm using this cell for last 4years. it's a very tough cell. except the joystick every thing is perfect.

I have this phone since around late 2006 early 2007, and I still have it now. It was accidentally dropped quite a couple of times already and the only damage was: the tiny slots/locks at the rear part were chipped off. I only put a scotch tape across it to secure the back cover. Other than that, I have no problems after all of these years. I already bought/use different kinds of cellphones from then till now but my Ericsson K310i is still here, working. :)
My only concern is this: I had it's GPRS and WAP properly configured before by a customer service rep of my mobile provider. Then through the years I need to change prepaid SIMS by other mobile service providers. Now that I want to use a permanent SIM on the phone, I can no longer send/receive MMS and videos because the GPRS and WAP configurations have been overridden. I brought my phone to my mobile service providers center but the person who configured my phone some years back is no longer there. We tried following the print out configurations provided by the mobile network but it is still not working. I know there is some misconfiguration somewhere and the mobile provider representatives can't help me. They don't know how to setup an Ericsson phone! :( I am really so frustrated now because I want my Ericsson K310i to work in sending and receiving MMS and videos again. Can you please help me? (I can give you my mobile service provider's name if you need to know it, for their correct configurations.)

I used it for almost 3 years and now using yet. Great phone. I have talked for almost 300 hrs, 2000 sms, 800 mms, 3 GB data on gprs. Only little problem is with joystick rest ok good nice phone. Once I had software problem then I reinstalled it's main software myself via online. Again it's like new one.

What's the problem of that phone if you cannot send message/sms,,the operator well send back "sending field "even if you have load,has full signal & has a correct message centre.
I am asking this question because I cannot send message/sms even if I have load,has full signal & has a correct message centre. Can you hepl me w/ that kind of problem?

i've bn using ths for 4 years n0w.its an aws0me device for web br0wsing,gaming,music and c0mmunicating.everything w0rks excellent,exept for the j0ystick.i've found over 20 k310s with the same j0ystick pr0blem.apart fr0m that,ths ph0ne is great.

I an using this phome from last 5 year
it has only one problem i.e the joy stic i have changed that 5 times . other wise the internet speed is very good
