people listen up; if ur going 2 send songs to a fone wiv a low memory always compress the songs to 64 kbs so that the quality does not diminish, u could save ALOT of memory...

I got this phone this week.When i get a call I cannot hear the person on the other line as clearly as I can hear on my Nokia phone.
Eventough the volume is full.

to flo: u can even play mp3 files encoded at 192kbs, 48khz, stereo. the sound quality is ok, also when listening on the headset. but, as i said, the phone just doesn't have enough memory. after transferring 3 or 4 mp3 tracks the memory is full. u can try to re-compress the mp3 files (56 kbs, 32khz, mono) and the melodies will have then 1,5-2mb each.

just got it yesterday and I LOVE IT!!! the only thing is that it doesnt have bluetooth but it does have inflared so its ok
the price is PERFECT too!!!1
i say buy it!

I bought it for my mom and it's cheap with complete features (but without bluetooth and external memory)

Is there a limit to the length/quality of the mp3 ringtone that you can transfer to it ? I mean can i take my 128 kbs/44 khz mp3 and transfer it to the phone as it is ? Surely the quality is what that little speaker can output ,but i'm interested to know what i wrote above .

SE k310i is a low end phone, 15 MB of shared memory, it means, if it will have bluetooth then its useless. Infared will do fine. Though, SE should give it an FM for an upgarde to its K300i sibbling.
