the soft keys are HHHHHAAAAAARRRRRDDDDDD.....!!!!
the phone is great just that the over-all screen seems a little too pixelized... and the backlight of the keys are so ugly!!!

Hi! I have K510i and I also have a small problem with the sleep mode clock : it can't be seen (you hardly can see it) and this way is useless.
Is anything wrong with my phone or is a software bug? Also ... the screensaver stops after ~10 seconds. I know that it must save the battery life ... but it should my option, isn't it?

AOA.
I am using this phone about last 2 months. the soung quality of speakers is good and in ear phone sound quality is quality is excellent. keypad is comfortable for typing sms. nad display is very good. Overall its a nice phone.

Is the keypad not nice for sms typing? How is the display? And battery life?
Someone has changed from K510i to Nokia 6070 because of bad keypad and display.
Any opinion?

Yes you can, you can also use wav files as ringtones, both for melodies and sms tones.

I've just bought a this phone and I just can say that is a FANTASTIC!!! For it's good prize you got almost everything you need - good cam, mp3, good compatibility, small size and looks wonderfull!

To crackers
If you got the usb cable with your phone than just connect your phone via that cable with pc and pc will find it like a removable drive and than just copy/paste. Or you have an option with SE software which you also should have,it comes with the phone.

About joystick...no one can tell you how long will joystick last becouse it is a new
model. But in past models if you were unlucky problems started after 2 or 3 months, and if you WERE lucky than you never had problems or they started after about a year. The rumors are that SE had improved dust protection in their new models but that is yet to be seen after few months. So if you buy it keep your fingers crossed,that's what I'll do. ;)

i have the k510 and i can say that the "joystick" is perfectly fine.. i honestly love this phone, but too bad it hasnt memoryslot, thats all.. the display is a bit sensitive for viewing from different angles.. but overall its a very good phone, im very satisfied..

one thing i doubt is the joystick, will it last for long time or will get problems?...i am planning to by this.....so please tell me anyone who has used this phone for sometime

Just tried JBenchmark 1,2,3D,HD on my k510. Guess what!?! It beats k750 and w810 just like that...i couldn't believe it. So this phone is great for all new mobile games!!!

Best fone in its price. To me, the disadvantages are its avg keypad & terrible functional keys.Also the vibrating alert is not strong enogh. we can easily mis messages and calls. Also no new event icons are shown in sleep mode,clock is not visible too.Still the best buy.

It's a nice phone for the money, that is for sure. I bought it yesterday on contract for only about 20 USD in croatia... The only thing i don't like is that the clock is hardly seen in standby mode (as a screensaver),but it is not a big thing. The lack of memory slot is justified by it's low price and if you have no intentions of using your mobile as a mp3 player than this is not a big disadvantage. Instaled memory is suficient for everything else. Great thing that you can put any melody as an sms ringtone and there is a lot of nice themes on internet so this is also a greate low budget phone for those who like personalize their phone's interface. Great phone and i could recommend it even to those with greater budget if they don't need lot's of memory.The camera is really good, but still for taking good pic's i recommend using or buying digital camera(allways a better choice than buying expensive phone just becouse of it's 3MP cam).
