Hi, I am from Kolkata, India. Using this phone from Nov.,'08!! Excellent value for money phone and battery life is gr8! When using multimedia or browsing the net, battery is less.
Browsing with OperaMini is nice, the inbuilt browser provided is bad. I feel the phone is good enough with only 28Mb of internal memory.
Voice recording is bad. The camers is nice, though a bit noisy in low light. Pity video is only QCIF and so is most SEs !! Thats perhaps the only bad point. However, the voice and sound quality of the video is good.
Joystick is good and I don't think it'll break in two years. Only pushing down is a bit hard.

Have had this fon 4 over 6 mnths. Luv it much but recently dropt it and sim to have affected the internal speaker. How can i have bak my internal sound as callers complain i speak with vibration and very far. Otherwise, the greatest fon ever with its lightweight and slim built-enough memory for my photos and good sound, too

i've had these phone for almost a year til i decided to buy a new phone, the phone is great, very user friendly user and easy to use very handy, its just that the screen is so small and the memory is not expandable. over all the phone is good 8/10

Ive had this phone for almost 1 year and 7 months already. It have fallen several times, and itīs still working perfectly. Very satisfied with it, the only thing that sux is that you canīt expand the memory.

using this fone from the past 1 year, absolutely gr8 fone for, it looks gr8, gt a very gud camera in its segment, & its fallen so many times, but thank god, nothing's happnd but fr some scratches...i LOVE this phone, & i'll only buy an SE from hereon...

You should have your unit replaced. And insisted on it. Maybe its the store where you bought your unit that has the problem. As for me (i got k510) i have a one year warranty & one month replacement. When you bought your unit, you should have asked about their replacement policy and warranty. And you should have bought it from an SE authorized dealer. Seems to me you bought it from some shop who offers no warranties...

My name is Ali Solatzadeh from Iran I am one of your customer. Because of this fact that I know the Sony Ericsson is famous and reliable company in the world specially in my country, Iran, I want to say you my problem and I hope that you will solve my problem because I have searched for the email address of directors of Sony Ericsson company for six month and now I think that finally I could find the relative email address:
I have problem since 6 month ago because in October 2007 we have bought one Sony Ericsson mobile phone K800i from one shop that in that shop we could find many Sony Ericsson mobile phones, so after I have talked to manger of shop I have bought one Sony Ericsson mobile phone K800i . After only two days working with the above mentioned mobile phone I found that this phone had problem and it never turn on. So I referred to the shop and say this problem to the manger of shop and he told me that Sony Ericsson Company did not get any guarantee for its mobiles, I say to the manager of shop that it is not possible but he did not give me another K800i phone. so I have to go another shop for fixing the problem of Sony Ericsson mobile phone K800i by my money, after some examine by in charge of person (fixer of problem) he told my that it is not good for my to repair the Sony Ericsson mobile phone K800i because the cost of this repairing is not logical and so high, so I was very angry and throw my bad Sony Ericsson mobile phone K800i with it's equipment in the nearest trash can and come back to our home and now I have not any mobile phone.
So I have a question of you:
1- Is it possible for Sony Ericsson Company which is one of the best companies in the world to refuse to give the guarantee for its productions to customers!?
So we respectfully ask you to answer my question because I have many friends in our city and always they are asked me about my present problem with my K800i Sony Ericsson mobile phone and why Sony Ericsson refused to give guarantee for changing my phone immediately and because of this fact now they are not satisfy to buy anything from Sony Ericsson company. And they are waiting for my answer. So, I am waiting for your replay.

I am using this mobile for almost 6 months now and am quite satisfied with it.It has an excelent camera at this range though the camera lens is frone to dust but can be cleaned.The battery is ok but consumes more when video is recorded.It has felt from my hands for a number of times but is completely ok.with the momory it can take almost 300 photos.I would highly recomend this phone

The only disadvantge is NO FM. Otherwise, this phone is good.Camera quality is OK. Sound is also ok.Its appearence is far better than other phones of same price bracket.I downloaded themes and games directly from sonyericsson webside & all stuff look and work great.

Dont buy this phone i had it for 10 months now and just saturday it fell and now its only blinking white. if you want to buy a phone i would definately recommend Sony Ericsson w300 .
