yaar software update kar le . u can do tht by taking your phone to service center ,it just take 5-10 minutes to format and put software again. or u can do tht at home by connecting phone to your pc which hv net connection or ...

Hi arthi have you had any resolution to your problem as I too have similar issues. The screen goes white and it also states to reinsert sim on occasion. Is this like your issues? Has anyone helped to fix them?
