1. Your M2 memory card fail to working properly
or
2. Your K550 phone had internal electronic circuit damage.

First you can try checking your M2. Remove it from your phone and insert it into USB memory card reader. Plug the card reader to your computer and try to open all file that you guess damage. If songs or picture look good and have no problem while playing with your computer so the problem might be on your phone.

for me k550 is :
1. best buy (cheaper & rich feature).
2. auto focus at cam.
3. k550 is a nice java virtual machine.
4. edge network.
5. never hang in my hand
6. etc etc.
