i just get this phone from my friend.....GREAT...capture are brilliant and sharp. i will try to add in walkman *(SE latest software) cos my friend already install and WOW it's GREAT.
honest...just the button *keypad sometime not often it will over write or stuck depends on your pressing while typing the sms. other function is tip top. thanks to SE

I purchased this set 15 days back , SONY as Brand has impressed me for the first time 8 years , i m hard core NOKIA user , but this phone is good , yes SMS cannot be like the butter flow but yes it has featureswhich have a meaning not just occupying the space & making unnecessary hindrances.
One thing that i wud suggest is that Reading of SMS shud be like watching a video straight one after another & not going back everytime . tk

is this i-mode function work here in the philippines??,,,and is this i-mode function was similar to wifi mobile phone??..
and wat is the best k700i or k550im??..

what is i-mode k550im/k550i
i-mode is a wireless internet service which enables mobile phone users to access mobile internet sites. i-mode was launched in Japan on 22/02/99 by NTT DoCoMo, the largest mobile network in Japan currently holding over 56% share of Japan's mobile market.
i-mode has 45 million customers in Japan and over 5 million in the rest of the world. The other two leading network operators in Japan have also developed their own internet platforms. KDDI/AU introduced EZWeb and Vodafone introduced Vodafone Live (Jsky).

i have se k550i model. iwas read at the mannual that this model will flash accepted or compatible but i was hard to try a lot of time trying just to pursue if it is true but then it was not recognized by my mobile k55oi. please help me to make flash work at my mobile phone....

Anyone know how to change the Calendar Alert tone on the Sony firmware?
Seems SOny has fixed their Calendar Alert sound to a quiet three beep tone that is easily missed. Non repeating either. I could miss an appointment or get a ticket if there is any background noise,
Badd Sony, please help!!!
