Users of this handset, what is the maximum memory card supported? 2GB?

all sony ericsson phones have ecselent desing`s, but i`m not satisfied with the quality. after ahwile,when you compare your model with a newer one, the colors on the display seem to have fade out,the on/off button needs a stronger push to be functional,and dont eaven menchion the middle `joystick` button that dosnt work in some directions after less then a year. the amount of money is not worth the quality of these phones

This phone has no flash. It is compatible with sony ericsson attachable flash unit(I forgot the model name)

i just read the opinions.Hmmm,, i want to answer many question in the opinions.Difference among k618i and w810 :
1.K618i can 3G, w810 cannot.
2.Voice or sound of w810 smaller than K618i.
3.Voice or sound of w810 softer than k618i.

This is handphone internet situs.
Other opinions, mention k610i better than k618i. But i don't think so. Design k618 is good, black and white. If k610 red and gray.I think the gray color is public and not special.If the red color, emmm okay,, not bad..
But k610i is slighter than k618i.Yeah, is the special of k610i.
K618i has light on the centre keypad, is nice..Like Z520i has 8 light.And we can set the 8 light shining..My sister has the handphone.Because of that, i know about Z520i.Memory Z520i is very little,, only 16MB without memory card.
Beside of that, in K618i design has 3 speaker..is very good design..But i feel very very disappointed when i know only 1 speaker can release sound.
Weakness of K618i is thickness of the handphone.But i like it.Although slim handphone is soft to hold on, but is very slim i afraid if the handphone fall, easy to damage..
okay,i want to say no human perfect and handphone yet..

Chris, I have read so many reviews of these and all say K618 is louder. And so I just ordered for a K618 and waiting for it to arrive. Your opinion confuses me.... Had you posted before I order the phone !

sony ericsson k610 is better than this phone.. cuz the sound is louder than this phone.. and the durability of k610 is great! i would prefer k610 rather than this one.. even if k610 is at the old ones...

hi. yeah, that thing on top with the power button is a LED indicator. there is also another thing there, which is a sort of lock when you place the phone on a stand in a car or desk. :D
there is a separate place for you to place phone charms, which is at the bottom, very near the USB port. you have to open the case first though. :D

What is there on the top of the phone, near the power button? I see something like an LED, in the pictures. Is it an indicator of the signal(service light)? Or is it just a slot for attaching a phone charm?

W810 gives full walkman features including megabass. K618 has no megabass(?) even though it resembles walkman phones. But K618 is a 3G phone with high speed internet and good functionality, for example, it has multitasking at its best, you can hear music and at the same time run 2 java apps(as far as I know- I have not still used it much)

i bought this several month ago. i don't think i had problem with the batteries. as long as i use non utms it would hold for at least one and a half day. it would drain fast though if im playing music non stop (at least 2 hour). I like its design but sometimes i still had an eye for another bigger screen mobile phone.
