Having the phone for 18 months. Almost facing no problem. Everything works good. Only some little problems like:
- its always restarts or knock off by itself
- terribly slow, mainly when media is working in the background
- HSDPA speed is a joke
- some files in the card are sometimes missing/ got deleted after reboot
-sometimes the icons and thumbnails in the gallery and applications disappear and return after restarting
Thats it. Just such a little problem that I have been facing in every single day.

I actually have G502 and I have a memory card in it so it does have a memory card. But don't get that one. It shuts itself down by itself and it's really annoying!

another thing is that when I installed some flash themes, my end call button stopped working, I have no idea why......

after a few months of upgrading the firmware, it started going crazy again.......this time it's much worse than ever.......sometimes it stops reading my sim card then reboots on its own, then it doesn't read my sim card at all, I have to keep turning it on and off just for luck that it would read it. When it reads it, it doesn't give me any signal, it always says no network coverage...........It's driving me crazy, and I'm feeling very irritated with this phone
Conclusion: The phone just looks good. I'm planning to buy a new phone in a few months :)

This has been my 3rd SE phone. I have previously used the K550 and the K700.
When i bought the K660, i was initially impressed by the features- such as fast internet access, impressive download speeds ets. But no sooner had weeks passed i started experiencing it's downsides- which i now see are not unique to me.
The constant rebooting of the phone and now the jamming of the number 4 key- was such a great inconvenience that i now wanna try out another brand of phones.
I have been so much of an SE loyalists, but it's goodbye for now.
FYI, a few of my friends bought SE phones because of me. I have shared my good and now very bad experiences with them. I know they'll be investing in other brands soon.

i have 8 years experience fixing/ repairing and selling phones. a this k660i is a cracking good phone, solidly built, good battery life,stylish looking, fast key pad functions, 3g compatable, clear photos.
down side is it freeezes, what i did to sort it was to restore the phone completely in the phone setting options you will find it. do the full restore its best.
them keep deleting your old text messages, and turn of your phone everyday for a few min to reboot the phone and you will have many years of useage..

It's a nice looking phone, and it works perfectly for about 2 weeks. Then, it starts freezing and turning itself off. To avoid this, download the Sony Ericsson update service, and update your phone on a regular basis. However, I did not do this, and my K660 keeps saying 'insert USIM'. I've updated it, and still no luck. Not a very good phone to be honest. Very appealing, but it WILL let you down!

This phone is a piece of garbage. Honestly, i would never recommend it to anyone. I know three other people that thinks this phone is a POS. It blacks out all the time and my buttons a messed on it. waste of money

My phone was running fine until i started adding 3rd party software to enable the flash enabled themes that this phone supports. The only advantage of using flash theme is cool menus, some r just really awesome.
To enable flash themes u have to turn off the phone, take out and reisert the battery and then connect to computer via usb holding the c button and then using a third party software inserting the flash file. After adding like 10 flash theme files the phone started to freeze whenever i dialed a no. and later started to restart on its own. Then i updated the firmware via my computer and internet and wala... its as good as new. No probs now. Upgrade to new firmware resets the phone. So b sure to backup everything including contacts, apps etc.

The good:
- Walkman Music plater
- Cybershot Camera (good quality for a 2 MP)
- Fast internet and 3g speeds
- Flash Lite Themes
- Battery life Reasonable
- Has looks that will turn heads
The Bad:
******* Frequently Freezes and stays with a black screen and everything lit up, and stays that way until you remove the battery. If gone unnoticed, the phone will heat up and burn you. MAH.
- No flash
- Keys may be hard for people with larger fingers to text with.
- Interior Camera Cant be used for taking photos, only video call.
