The format is mpeg4 320 x 240, which thank god for that, SE decided that 3gp is just not qaulity-wise. But the only disadvantage is this mpeg4 format recorded is SEPECIAL.... it can't be open thru windows media player but oni thru quick time.
But fear not, coz the CD that comes along with it has quick time thus save u the trouble of downloadin or buyin quick time player software.

this phone really worth for its price, i can describe on this phone by using words like"love at first sight" the color is so sharp and the design looks great though it looks like the same with those backward design...but worth to buy...really...

For both questions the answer is positive.
The player is able to play nt oni wma but acc+ acc mp3 rm midi etc. (havent come across any format it can't play)
As for S@nd's question, as long as ur phone is gprs enabled, u WILL be able to view youtube. However I seriously recommend u switch on ur 3g networkin if u really want a smooth downloadin n viewin exp. coz the difference is ...... amazing.

Can this phone play wma files? I love the lime in white.. the colour so attractive.. i want to buy it if it can play wma files.. although now i am using a 3.2 megapixel camera phone but i dun mind to downgrade to 2.0 megapixel coz i like the lime colour. I am waiting for Sony Ericsson W62S (2008, 2Q).. it is also lime colour

I can't deny k800 n k810 will hav a better camera quality. But the video quality they hav is sub-standard (QCIF/3gp) whereas k660i hava QVGA at 15 fps /mpeg4.
Now do ur maths again lah. This is a all rounder phone not a cyber-shot even though it has the K prefixed.

This phones camera quality versus the k800 is of no comparison , if i had a choice between the k660 or the k800 i would definitely get the k800. but only based on the camera. but then again other than the camera quality its really a similar phone , just consider whether or not you want a better camera . If its for the aesthetics of the phone then i would choose the k660 cause its a lot lighter and significantly smaller too

No, this phone does not operate on joystick.
It has a 5 way KEYPAD which leaves u no reason not to buy this phone.

I have bought this phone before two weeks. It looks awesome. I have wine on black model. I luv my phone very much. Its camera quality also too good. But shutter is missing. Features also too good. Thanks everyone. Special thanks to GSMArena.com.

Btw, does the white body will turn yellowish color? cause as i know, once too hot, white normally turn yellowish and this happens to cpu casings too. so i wondering if handphones also facing such problems? 'cause the white color is nice but dun wan it turn to yellowish after some time. thanks alot...sorry for all the Qs. 'cause wanna make sure before purchasing. :)
