i had this phone for quite some time now(few months only), and its great, i love the wine on black color because it makes it look more expensive and stylish. And i love it cause it's scratch resistant, very nice. The only thing I hate was the battery life, if sony ericsson's going to make a web-based phone, they're going to need to use a battery that has a good battery life...

this phone has new web browser you might not even need to connect it to your laptop for surfing web sites you can save the pages in phone and then read them you can open them in laptop after you connect it with the phone. using usb

hi not a big deal just set your disply bright ness when you use your phone you will get good batter. and even if you use net 10 hours a day batter will last you at least 5 hours on 2.5 gsm network i used all my phones for net and never faced batter problem and use usb its better as your phone will charge if battery is low. and usb is faster than bluetooth. but when you are out use bluetooth it good. i even used infrared but these phoes dont have it now.

hi even i use my phone for web browsing i used k800 and z550 they used to restart as they did not have capasity to open big web pages. this phone is specially used for surfing and has good web browser than w300i you can go for it. i even used w300i and i was satified but its web browser was not so good. i am sure this phone has better camera its 2 mp you can print photos i used z550 to print. it depends how you remove photos if you remove photos in day time it will give you good pictures if in night you must have good light. any phone without xeon flsh will not give you good pictures at night.

i just bought my K660 and its amazing... i can go online anytime just simply connect it to my laptop as modem, the uploading and downloading speed is faster than my previous N70 which is of course a thing from the past. Try this phone, if you are really that type that goes online anytime anywhere, better than wifi i guess and dont have to pay for expensive coffee in the coffee shop.

are the icons down the sid e of the keypad touch??
also how does the phone feel, does it stand out seem pretty cool or just an average unnoticeable phone?

off course you can't compare this phone with e51... e51 is a symbian phone and has a wifi... k660i is an ordinary phone for young people that love to browse... not to serious like e51... but this phone has better multimedia than e51 for me...

After reading the review of gsm arena , i went and bought this phone. But the internet is not half as good as in the nokia e51 which i used before it.even opera mini fails frequently . . File uploading is only 4kb per second but it wap 10 in e51. .

Ya, i know having WiFi is better but currently i already have a mobile internet connection for me to use to surf the net anytime anywhere. furthermore, mobile phones with WiFi connection is over budget for me. thats why i am considering this phone. thanks for your feedback

if u like sufing the net, u should go for phones with wifi, like w960 or p1i because this phone doesn't have wifi....

Hi, i am currently using a w300i. i plan of getting a new one to replace my w300i. i am a use my phone to online regularly and sms regularly too. so i would like to noe if tis phone is good for web browsing as said so and the keypad is it nice for texting. plus, will tis phone be durable or lasting if its regularly used for surfing the net? cause my w300i screen always turn white and this start to happen after i been using the phone to surf the net for the past 3months. btw, is the camera good enough to produce decent pictures? thanks for all the feedback.

i have this phone for three weeks...
i think this phone is very good... great feature with great price... this phone has decent camera quality,good enought music player(same as walkman 3.0 player),very good web browser,fast user interface(hey this is the new A200 interface) and off course great design!!!!
For man bellow me , if you want better camera , off course you should go for K810i but if you want better phone for web browsing with new user interface and better design then u go with K660i...

I really like this phone, but then I have always loved sony ericsson phones. Its very funky and stylish and has a nice bright screen. Its not crammed with lots of stuf such as wifi, camera flash or windows software but its very compact for a 3g phone. My only concern is the anolog area as it is very small to use, but Im getting used to it now. over all cool phone and cheap too (:

This phone sucks. I had it for a month and i just realized today that the bottom left soft key under the call button has been broken already, it doesn't work anymore, and the battery life is horrible, can't even last more then 2 days. Its the worst phone i've used from sony, even worst then the w300i

No, this has no wifi...
but c'mon is a phone...not a palhold...why should it have wifi!!
This K660i is great-the lime on white is ugly.
Wine on black rocks!! it looks more expensive than it is!
I got mine for £70 brand new!

It's a great phone, worth every penny i paid for it, it is definitely a keeper. Guys i have a question pertaining to the Charging circuitry of SE mobile phones in general.Im a student and i rely heavily on internet for my research work. For that reason my cellphone is "always connected for charging" and at the same time connected to my laptop via bluetooth for gprs. I have heard through friends that "Charging IC" of SE phones wears off, if u put it on charging for a considerable period of time. Is it true? my 2nd question is, if one has to access internet, what is the best way to connect the phone to the laptop, via usb or bluetooth?
