i wouldn't say that this fone is so easy to scratch, but i had this fone for a month and have dropped (just a couple of times) and found little scratches on the back cover. So i bought a crystal case cover which protects my fone perfectly! Recommend having a cover so that your phone will look new for a long time!

Hi, yes you have to have the headset connected in order to have the radio working. Also, this fone has a media player (version 3.0) and its excellent! it feels like having a mp3 player in your fone coz the media player is so convenient to use.

seriously to tell you the truth this fone is crap because it only looks nice thats all to this mobile just the looks the features are crap and so is the camera they say that its a 2.0 megpix but,its more like a 1.3 meg pix thats how rubbish the camera is. Beleive everyone this fone is crao i regret buying it. Its a waste of money reaaly i recommend to everyone that you DONT get thid mobile PLEASE

i was satisfied with this phone on hsdpa networks but i am not satisfied on its camera so i am going to by W890 which is 3.2 mp camera.

Hi, to answer some of these questions.
* yes, it can play real video files
* it does have the black skin for the media player, i never had a walkman fone before so I dunno but it does have both greyish skin and black skin for media player
* it does come with the headphone but just a normal black ones (which also has a microfone to use it when speaking)
* sorry, but i don't know how many channels does this have.
* i personally quite find it easy to text, but I think it will all depends on people, and what kind of keypads they are used to. however I think it might be awkward for people who has big/wide fingers because the keypad is small comparing to others around (like nokia ones).
