ok dom your write the display size off 6600 is bigger then K700i but i m not writing about the size, 176 x 208 is screen resolution n why should i think before i post i have just write the right thing so for you just read i didn't post my opinion for your comments n when you look at the over all features of 6600 n K700i ,you will find your answer that which fone is better.

a lot of people are complaining about this phone not supporting memory cards, the 41 mb is sufficent for what a phone needs. If you want your phone to be a mp3 player, digital camera, and videogame system then dont buy this phone. but this phone is excellent for A PHONE.I have an ipod a digital camera and a psp i dont need all that junk on my phone as well. So if you are looking for a phone and not a multimedia station you will be hard pressed to find one that performs as well as this for the price.

Hey Dom,but the sound quality on K700 is better then Nokia 6600/6230.40 poly,and built in 41mb,smaller size,double font,less virus u can get from blue tooth(nokia series 60 smart phone is easier get virus...)

K700i flash is really bad, barely works, and it makes a very loud irritating noise which can't be turned off when taking pictures. As if 2x more DIGITAL zoom will make things better.
No phone wins.

K700i and 6230 may already have radio installed, but because 6600 is a Series 60 SMARTPHONE SYMBIAN you can buy applications which can give your 6600 radio and so.
K700i and 6230 wins.

Memory card=
HAHAHAHA K700i loses. 41mb is diddy, you can buy memory cards up to 2GB for both 6230 and 6600.
6600 and 6230 wins.

Why not try 64kbps and 24 khz! Stereo Sound and u cant even notice d diference between a 128kbps 44.1 khz!!! Try it it's cool!

I personally own this phone and no the battery life isnt that bad its better than most phones ive had and it charges much, much faster. and as for the keyboard its not weak or cheap at all. Im not being biased being an owner of this phone but yes I am very satisfied with it.

i`m thinking of getting this phone..or the motorola a630..jus some questions: is the batt life really dat bad? cuz i read some posts and its sayin the batt. life is really short and all.. =/

every one is comparing this fone with the 6600 n 6230 n i ask why??, K700i is not inferior to these both fone n to some extent i found that it got a tie now check out this.
6600 6230 k700i

Conclusion:
these are the main thing which we observe in first look so i have mentioned them here n as a matter of fact there are some of option which nokia lacks n some which sony ericsson,so in my opinion if some one wanna buy any one of these fones so i have mentioned there all features so u have to just check what you want .

This phone is gr8, it's hard to find so many features in one phone. still there some drawbacks:
1. Camera: Low mega-pix (0.3!!!). Zoom only available with smaller size photos. Camera shutter sound is annoying and cannot be turned off.
2. Phonebook: For a certine contact, cannot assign a default number. otherwise, gr8.
3. Organizer: Cannot save long notes.

my GF always encounters problem with this phone....she has to reset the battery again and again for her to receive incoming text messages... too bad!
