Hi all. Does anyone know what is the SAR rating on this phone and if it sports a good signal reception?
I've been meaning to go for T650 but I read some rather disapointing reviews.Thanx!

Verrrrrry verrrrrrry nice handy phone 14.5mm thin as if like having Cadbury chocolate bar in your palm....very nice and very impressed thanks to SE team well done. Features not bad evrything you need for daily activity is there is an alarm, calendar, radio, music and few others. I am not fuss about without GPS even TOMTOM will still give us wrong direction.

the sound is exellent on the K770i its alot crisper and more clear also the volume is alot louder.

the standard ringtones are pretty much the same as the k800i but its definatly improved and give a fuller more rounded sound.

i have one (on Three uk) and mine shows the time on the standby screen so maybe Voda have disabled that feature with their software branding.
also i think the LED flash is almost as good as the xenon in the k800i bar in dark condition and even then its better than most other phones on the market as the LED is really powerful.

Got this yesterday as an upgrade from my K750i on a Vodaphone contract.

Initial impression is that that it's a well made piece of kit, though why brown is supposed to be more stylish than than black or silver is lost on me. Feels nice and solid with a silky finish.

Software is virtually identical to the K750, but they've replaced the joystick (mine had more or less died) with 4 way button surrounding a central selection button so it should last longer. The 4 way is configurable for shortuts to pretty much anywhere in menu system which is nice.

Came with a 256MB memory card and will play AAC files so good for iPod owners.

Major letdown is that they've kept the LED from the K750 instead of the flash from the K800, so while the camers is the same as the K800 indoor photo's are nowhere near as good.

Other annoyance is it doesn't show the clock on the screen when in standby (guess it's better for battery life but not so good for people like myself who don't wear a watch). Pressing the volume buttons will bring up the time, but pressing any other buttons brings up the "press * and unlock" warning which obscures the time for a couple of seconds. Such a petty complaint but it is quite annoying.

Can anybody help me, I really want to get this phone but two things are making me question my decision:
1. Can the led's be used as a flash light like the K750i e.g. Is there a function that lets the flash stay on for a long period of time.
2. Will this come in any other colours like black and silver as im not a fan of brown and purple is a bit girly.

thiner = pricier
Just released = price is high usually

but i dont think it will ever be cheaper than k810.

just tak a look at the w880 it it more expensive than the k810.

also i will buy this one instead of the k810 since i dont want a bulky phone and the k770 doesnt have a joystick.

it might take slighty worse pics than the k810 but the smaller size and no joystick wins over picture quality for me.

hello every1!!tell me sumthin about this set.wasn't it supposed to be within medium range of price?because this set doesnt have a xenon flash and that would reduce the price.so why is this set priced more than a k810i?

ooohh.. The design of this phone is soo good. i agree, if only SE would make a clamshell-version of this one.. name it k771i or something.. it will be a big bang to the market. since up to now there's no cyber-shot in that kind of construction available by SE.

and btw.. the brown coloured one..

.. so nice that take my breath away..
