Seeing how the K800i is the best camera phone. I tried it today but notice something awefull. When you use dictionary mode in texting, can you turn off the annoying "The word is not in dictionary" screen that pops up everytime you misspell it. I like the nokia way where it is not shown. Also the "space bar" key of SE is the right most (the # button). Don't you find this more tiring for the thumb to press it rather than in the middle position (in the number 0) of nokia where it is more comfortable??

I really like the features on this phone but am still unsure wether to go back to SE phones after previous experiences. Has anyone changed from W800i to the K800 ? If so is the signal strength improved ? Really gets on my goat that SE produce probably the best handsets but for some reason they are unable to hold on to a signal as well as other brands. I really hope the K800 is different !

ALI ! What you mean no memory stick available in the market ? You can pick up a 1G card for under 40 quid. Bit more expensive than your average memory card I know !

the light cannot be switched on permanently as it only flash when taking picture.
K800i is using Xenon flash which emits light after carhing large amount of electrical current before it burst the light.
imagine if you turn it on permanently as it will continuously supply electrical charge just for the light to stay on.
it might be possible but might or will damage the Xenon flash and drain your battery.
this flash is the same technology used in real digital cameras.
unlike in other cellphones which are using LED light and can be switched on permanently.

In singapore, 256mb card is included. Not sure if your country does? I heard other countries included 64mb card. Different country include different memory card.

I am using a K800, and I tried to transfer a ringtone from the pc to my new phone. However, On and after that day, all my incoming/outgoing/missed calls record are all gone. I don't know what problem it has even I did the setting reset.
