I have just bought the K800 as I was impressed by the battery life - I am a little disappointed in reality - I am getting no where near 350 hrs standby or 7 hrs talktime - more like 2 hrs talktime and 100hrs standby - is anyone else getting a better life... If so maybe my settings need changing .. any suggestions???

hello, all the K800 user. wan to ask, do have any problem with the joystick? cause heard many people talk about the joystick is not solid,easy broke, is it true? and would like to know the ringtone loud or not? if put inside the pocket is it can hear when walk on the street?

hey guys
the phone is great , but like any phone this phone have some great specifications and some little bit bugs , for expample the caller voice you can hear it very far , the mp3 player voice is not strong enough , but the camera is wonderful and the design is awesome and everything in this phone is perfect

I got this phone a couple of weeks ago and while all of the features are nice i found that the network reception is appalling compared with my k750i. I dont know if this is because its a 3g phone and O2's network coverage is different but i can see im going to hate this phone because of it. I had to download a program to make the red LED stay on so i can use it as a torch as i was gutted that this phone didnt have a white light like the K750I.

pjdm.. i doonooo.. yesterday i did a search ..like that.. for nothign. and i found the newest hardware. availeable.. iddl it .. coz me 10$ wap services ( 3067mb) and the phone install it by his own with no need to do nothing.. about 5min...and noting was lost..

I've just got a k800i want to get the latest software for my phone. the thing is everytime i select "search for updates" in the phones settings it keeps telling me i have the latest software already. now ive read through i few posts and someone's mentioned that R1ED001 is the latest. my phones software version is R1CB001. whats wrong with my phone??

sabi.. i dont know here i heard it... idont know if it is true.. but i think 1000 msgs!!
and if u have a memory card.. the msgs will be saves on emeory card.. so i would be a hell of msgs there..once i got about 100 msgs on my old phone...i got lost...so alot..so i think in the k800i it would be alot more

it's because the phone is processing 3mp pictures in comparison to W900 which is only 2mp.. and i have figured out that your phone behaves like a real cybershot camera, coz my Sony Cybershot S40 also experience what your phone does.. anyway hows the quality of the photos?

only 3067kb.. and does not take moer than 5 min after ddl..
no*thijng lost... even teh same theme ..etc.. and i think that the inernal memory is expanded.. coz i had 58free.. now 61mb free.!!!!

i love SE.. but i nahd to pay 10$ on wap services... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

i just checked through the phone for a software update.. it found a new software.. 3067kb... the Q when i install it.. is there anything gona lose it( all saved on eh memory card) and wha about my languages.. is it gonna change to the uropian.. coz i am in israel.. wich got another language package??

IF you look inside the itsy bity pamphlet that comes with you M2 card, it clearly states that you will not be able to use all 512mb on the card. Some memory has already been used to due preset files on the card.

i got my 512 mb m2 sony..... for about 100$..
btw.. i checked it it i is not 512 it is ---------------456 mb.. ?!?!?!

IDONT KNOW WAT TO DOOO! i have a nokia 6280and i want a new phone and i like this alot but after i saw the nokia n95 i went crazy but i dunno if i can wait for it or just get this phone!!

the capturing and saving of photos of k800 are very slow compared to w series ,say w810 and w900... moreover, when viewing photos, the picture blurred for a few seconds before finally become clear..... why does this happen?? the w series aint got this problem

for those who become disappointed about the 2nd camera unability to take self-portraits,.. don't worry.. have you noticed the mirror at the side of it's main camera and this phone's got autofocus, so who needs 2nd camera for self protrating if it's main camera is better?

btw. it's better for SE 3g phones to have self-portraiting using main camera(esp. K800) for the 2nd camera produces noisy and crampled images,.. main camera is especiallized for taking sharper images.. experienced this with 6680,N70, and P990i,..

hi guys.... did any one flashed his 800i firmware with the sites and tools i posted earlier....
plz if any one post how and what did u get.....
coz i searched in setools and semctools and davinci .. i did not find any 800i to select form the phone option menu..
