awsome phone..had it for about a 2 months now....no hang up...no freezing....notitn. Works like a charm. I have 1 gig M2 card and used the 3.2mp camera functions to the max. I took so many pictures w/ the camera. Awsome resolution. i highly recommended for any camera buff. Battery life is exceptional. I used walkman functions + cam functions and still got enough battery life for my daily usage of talking. If you dont use any of those functions and just talk at reasonable amount of time, u can use it up to 2 days without recharging...love it to death....highly recommended to get a screen protector vs case. Case makes it looks so bulky and cummbersome.

Is the siganl strength better than w800i ? If not there's no point getting this phone !

what you said was really cool.. i think those features in the games are really neat.. can you really play games that were made for nokia in the k800i?.. sounds interesting

i have plenty more questions..

can you install applications in the k800i?.. please give me an example of some of the applications that can be installed..

when I buy the fone.. do I need it to be upgraded so that it will not hang?.. coz i read in the other opinions that this fone hangs a lot when not upgraded to a higher version..

i also read that the cover for the camera at the back of the fone loosens easily after a number of use.. is this true?..

how is the sound quality of this fone?.. is it good?..

Nope... the fone doesnt hang a lot... i my 2 mos usage, i can only remember it not responding once (when i was playing a video, then a call came - the reason is i also have a video ringtone so it was like playing two videos and getting a call... so it is expected) but overall, its great... a bit worried with the down key, but when i press it, sometimes its not responding but im still hearing the clicking key sound, so i bet its not a hardware problem but with the firmware... hope the latest one will fix this...

Just found some great games on the ner for free and man the phone rocks... u can use other games, like for nokias etc... and if it doesnt fit the screen, u can actually adjust it in the games menu... really cool..

The WMA support is good, conisdering that when u lower bit rate in MP3 - sound quality will suffer a lot - so with WMA - its not that affected. U can lower ur sound up to 1.5 MB and its still clear. And another thing is the A2DP support - good with people like me who cant bear the pain of dealing with wires. Thats the reason why im gonna get a Moto HT820 - hehe... and thats for 50 bucks only... smooth e?

MARKJAYSON: just buy it there's nothing to worry about. update the firmware at wotanserver.com (forum at wotanforum.com) and all the bugs are fixed. i've had no trouble with mine.

R1ED001 - newest (current) release
R1CF001 - second release
R1CB001 - first release

ASH: stop being a biatch and pay the 7 euro for the upgrade. it's nothing considering SE haven't even released it yet.

wow, what a phone. for the gsm market this truly is the most up to date phone for commercial use. camera is second to none (well apart from lg's new 5mpx, but its not available here yet) memory is ok and is expandile upto 4gb, menus great, style great, sound quality great. Wish i hadnt upgraded to the w810 when that first came out...got to wait a couple of months now beofre this beauty can me mine :(

hey yea and the screen problem yea thats true mine one turns white for a while some times and a few times it wont even have any network so i have to turn the phone off and back on again.

hey i have been using k800 for a while now as far as i feel its joystick is working fine. maybe they made it a bit too sensitive this time. and i dont really let many people touch my phone either so that makes it even better...

hey..i need help..u c im usin k700 for alms a year now..n da bad thing is da joy stick..is not tat sensitive anymore..sometimes it wont work at all no matter how hard u push it..so i saw k800 oso usin a joy stick..so wil it be like k700 oso..plz..all user of k800..tel me wat u think..thanx..

heyys. i bought k800 quite a long tym. sometimes it's screen suddenly turn white n keep blinking! wad shld i do?? and i have added my fren contract name, number into my fone but when she sms mie or call mie it doesnt appear her name at all~! help !

any one want it e-mail me..or contact me in the msn messenger...all i need an free upgrade of my k800 version to the newest version there..lol...plz.

Chiris. I can't complaint about K800i's sound quality. Especially when i use it with Shure headphones :-)

i found a site wich has more than can u imagine of themes..games..map3.software for 800 and other devices,,,,i just spend more than 2 hrs ddl!!!
if some ne can help me update my k800 to the newest version...i will post..any one can help me plz...i am noy joking..

I would like to know if the mp3 sound quality is as good as that of the SE810i. BEcause I am either going to get the SEK800 or the SEW810 and I just cant decide.Please help.
