I'm thinking to buy a SE cyber-shot phone! Can anybody tell me the differences between K800i and K810i? I've read that the only differences is the design and the battery. I like the design of K810i but it's more expensive from K800i although they have the same specification! Need ur answer ASAP. Thanx

Hi everyone.i have a problem.when i put my headphones into the k800 i am not able to make calls anymore.is it the setting or profile.please help.how can i increase the call volume when im talking.its quite low.bye

With phone set to any key answer, you should be able to answer an incoming call by pressing any key other than the cancel key and the call end key (i.e. right soft key). If its not so, then something is wrong.

Guys,
My handset drenched in the rain and not powering up. Did any one face this problem and rectified the same??
When I gave it to Service center,they told me to change "Mother Board" :(
Can anyone help me out??

well i buy this mobile today ...past gud experience of sony ericosson..but different opinions making me worried but i guess i made gud choice..hope for the bst...

I like this mobile very much though it has some limitations. I like most its camera.I have taken more than 20,000 pic within 02 months. Everybody appritiate that pics. Though its video quality is not good. A bit sofisticated handelling required to get good performance.

But what about the 'any key'? When I select it, I can answer a call just whit the left soft key and not any other keys
Then it doesn't have any differences whit the normal mode

Since master reset would not work, i suggest you take the phone back to the store to fix, hopefully, you may still have a warranty. If firmware needed, let them do it at the store for you.

I think the automatic setting is for the headphone when connected so that it answers automatically without you pressing any key when a call comes in.

its a good phone but the problem is everyone can afford it. the price should be reviewed upwards so that not evryone can buy it. now on the streets it has becme every Tom and Dick's phone

video capturin is totally disappointin......also sound isnt loud enough......joystick is durable......overall im nt impressed....ppl dnt waste ur money buyin it.......

Hello friends!
I have a question
In the profiles' options there is "answering mode".
There are 3 choises: normal, any key and automatic.
My problem is that choosing any key and automatic makes no differences in answering mode!
Can u help me?

was a great phone for the cam .this phone has extream quality of pics ,but sound is lover than
a whipresing . if any wants good sound quality think twise before buying this mob . display is very small
. if this mob had a big display its worth buying. so i think SE should think about new and good design with good sound quality and with good pic quality.

You can modd your k800i camera driver by using a program called xs++3.1, which makes the video mode 30 frame per second

It amazes me how you guyz keep asking these questions about which camera phone looks the best, the answer is NONE, All these cell phones use cheap lenses.. PERIOD ive got a nokia 1.3M, sony 1.2M and another sony 2M pixel phones and all outcomes are the same! Clear in the middle and blurry going out toward the edges. Nothing changes, i go to my sony digital camera and go to VGA mode and the picture is IMACULATE from the inside and out!! No blur's at all its all about the LENSE. And until these cell phone companies realize to put in better lenses, the pics will always come out half way descent. But then again its a cell phone camera.. How much quality do you really expect to get?? Try it for ur self, if u have a camera phone and digital camera, set them to the same resolution and snap the same picture and look at them on the computer closely..
