Z710 beats K800 in display & in the design category handsdown..their features are almost identical, neither handset can claim huge advantage over the othere..SE K800 to have a better camera, better bluetooth, better mp3, but samsung is a better phone.. SE puts too much attention on camera & music functionalities, but "normal" people wont buy a phone becoz of that..they buy a phone because it looks good & can do a lot of other things..hey tarantula, even if u put those 2 handsets side by side & ask the people which is a better handset, Samsung Z710 will be their choice..Y?becoz it's a "BORING" handset with exagerrated features & while Z710 is good-looking hadset with nice features!by d way, I had K750i b4 and the joystick screwed up after a few weeks!see, SE focuses on features other than the hardware!how can u operate the K800 when your joystick doesnt work!

I had a T610 and actually have W800 and joystick problems never present for me in both phones. maybe is a problem with thumbs like sefreak says... its hilarious

HI,
Just wondering whats going on with the boring erricson design department. I see too many similarities between the V630, k790, k800, k750. UUUUUURRRRRR sorry for my yawning but it just all looks the same to me. Do they think we are are suckers. It must be hard being in the catch up business these days behind Nokia and Samsung maybe the expense/finacial loss of the Playstation 3 has had a significant impact on the expenditure for its mobile phone sector------design department needs a futureistic kick up the perverbial. Sony today, nokia tomorrow....end of story.

Vodafone have now chnaged there release date of the K800i now to TBA from the 7th july!! typical vodafone, can never give a exact release date! and i work for them!

hi can anyone tell me whether there is phone security lock in this model through which i can lock my phone preventing any misuse, like locking inbox, pic gallery?

Vodafone are the worst! A couple of months ago they were forced to admit the were in £28 billion of debt! The highest debt ever by a company in Europe! O2 are the second largest mobile provider in the UK and are marking profit because their business strategy is very good. They release most phones sooner than any other network and offer some of the cheapest tariffs and, no, I dont work for them!

vodafone have this fone released on monday,02 are finished and in trouble like 3 n t mobile GAME OVER,have it on vodafone or wait till out on orange as the other networks are small timers NOTHING

Just pre-orded for the K800 an i can"t wait to see an use it,the K750i was a superb phone by Sony Ericsson that got there confidence going again having made unreliable phones before,its the joystick i want to check out because the K750i was not easy to use plus dust would get round it so easy,if its not improved by Sony Ericsson then i will return it,an they will have to get it change to get people buying there phones again ,

o2 have it in stock on the 26th and have already been taking preorders for a few days, so online orders will be dispatched 26th to customers, retail shops will have it 1st July

i think even mentioning the N93 is a bad idea here. So what does a Walkman phone (W800 for example)have better than K800?

i own a w900i and it the best fone ever!!!!!!! and i have had a lot of fones. i get an upgrade soon so i will get the k800 to see what it like, if i dont like it then i will stay with my w900i
