briiliant!! the cybershot feauture makes it worth it!! always fumbling for the best moment when taking shots with my nokia 7610...the design much much better than the k750, which i avoided buying becoz of its design

Pipol dont care about it's value... Dis phone is better than others coz it's a CYBER SHOT.... Where would u find a Phone a cyber shot...well 4 me dis phone rocks... Never mind it's design but the features of this phone is excellent(high five)...Keep it up sony.....

Nokia N80 will of course be competing, only in terms of specs. SE K800 is brilliant, the beautiful touch of uniting Cybershot (SONY) and the mobile phone section of SONY (Ericsson).
N80 is a Nokia, which means it has the 'famous' Symbian operating system. Unless you are a conventional Nokia user, Nokia is quite complicated to use, especially the new models, though many softwares for Symbian is developed which makes phone lovers something to play about.
W900 is another brilliant innovative phone, which however fails in someways of its enormous size, some 'inconvenience' of using the flip. They fall into totally different categories. SE K800 will guarantee satisfaction, with its simple, neat, professional design with improved speaker and a camera that will compete with a normal digital camera.

I have a K700 for more than a year Compared to others this is an amazing phone, not grat quality pictures but excelent for comunications and data transfer, Y was waiting for the K750I and now here's the K800I This has to be my next replacement and YES, I intend to keep it for at least a year!

I think u should see and wait for Nokia N80 to come out. It should be compared to SE K790 and 800 if not better than these two.

Really sorry for you Nokia fans DuDes because you are blinded by the so called quality of the Nokia handsets, how many of you are really smart enough to use a smartphone, or any other features the phones may have. I am really happy that there are SE supporters in this forum and that you are doing such a nice job in protecting what the Nokia fans are trying to destroy, I think that the K800 is a great phone, it is competition for the 3G nokia phones and they really did such a nice job in branding a great name like CyberShot with the phone, more and more people look for a good camera phone, I think this is the one, plus the audio enhancements it has, the good life span of the battery, etc. Contact me if you have some new info about the phone or something interesting about what SE will come out with in the future!!! People Who are intending to buy the k800,its a really good option,
only thing they have upgraded is the camera resolution to 3.2megapixels,and having 3g
if u have a k750i dont have to upgrade for a while,cuz its allmost identical,and the advantage in this phone is its design,and 3.2 megapixel cybershot branding
the branding of cybershot is a marketing statergy,likewise the nokia n90 has a carl ziess lens and its nothing comparable
so people intending to upgrade to k800,wait until its out,wait for a while,until its price goes low,and then buy it,it will be a worth buy off,for now if u want to buy a phone y not buy a 300 dollar k750i phone?and upgrade after 6-9 months when this phone is out

yea. actually it really looks ugly. there is nothing new in the design. nothing creative. even a 10 years old kid would design a better phone than this one.

This phone is absolutely GROTESQUE. Anyone who buys such an ugly phone obviously has bad taste or no taste at all! Features are nothing when it looks like a six-year-old Panasonic design.

I like many models of sony ericsson but this is the best .I haven't words to say how much i like this mobile.It is somthing fantastic for me.

Sony Ericsson are releasing two models that look identical to each other if you check the pictures of the K790 that model as got the same joystick as the K750i which put people off buying that mobile in the U.K they better not release the model in the U.K with the same joystick or it will put alot off people buying the mobile,just hope they do not,the U.K got mobiles going but we always seem to lose out with the best mobiles produce an get ripped off with prices why does it always happen?

I love this strong style. I may change my K750 with this one. But, I'd like to know how's the camera. Can it be covered or not?
I love the W810, too. The camera style's really great but it couldn't be close as K750.
Any information about this? Since I couldn't find any. Thanks anyway.

So Samsung with 10MP ofcouse takes better pictures than k800.
