I am really liking the 3.2Mp camera on this. I have been holding out before I upgrade, waiting for a better camera - only thing i dont like about this phone is the joystick. It put me off getting the K750 because it's unsightly and difficult to use. Pleas SE, change to keypad for navigation!!!

to all of you...
don't you know that SE and Nokia's Joysticks were different?
yes because nokia's joystick is not a really joystick instead it's only a keypad inside so it is more stable and more dust-proof... they just transform the casing's keypad to joystick to save more space on the phone's navigation

I love this phone it looks great currently I am using the K750i its too looks good but i think the K800i is the best...maybe if i have cash i will definately change to this new model(if all the functions will be like the k750i) but i really do say it lacks security featurea it should be able to lock ur phone from people acessing to the phone book, sms etc...as agree by some of its users.hope the price will be low much lower than the w900i wat u think guys pls email me for more info is there digital zoom or optical zoom in it they should create these type of features and also most importantly can the camera light or photo light be on permantely just like my K750i as we can use it as a torch to find things in the dark???pls reply guys n thanks..happy viewing...its perfect like a masterpiece...

its a great phone, but it lacks security features compared to motorola and nokia, example, pin codes to access your messages, phone book, photos, etc.you would want anyone to browse through your phone.they should really consider it.
thanx

All they have to add or change to the K800 is the following i think and it would be their perfect Phone.
Camera:
- QVGA Video or even better,
- 30 fps,
- 5,2 Mega Pixel Photo,
- secondary video call QVGA camera or better
- some Zoom (but no Digital Zoom)
- don't forget the Picture stabilizer
No f***ing moving Elements on the Phone.
(I think of the... - Camera Covers)
4 GB internal Memory
downloadable Wallpapers, screensavers
Push to talk
Built-in handsfree
Voice memo
EmS
some more Colors: Silver - Titanium
And for last a very - very good Battery.
For the Design, it should look like this one:

I'm also missing the green and red color in the two main Buttons. (Old School)

after knowing the video resolution of this, i think il go for the w900 instead, even though the camera is better on this.

this is the last time im going to say this...it was nokia that copied se...not the other way round. the 3230 was actually copied from the 'traditional' designs of se phones that sort of started from the t610

SE should have made the video recording to QVGA resolution instead of QCIF because this model has high res screen, just imagine playing a video recorded with it in the QVGA screen you'll get a tiny size of video playing! kinda stupid i think juz like S700's video! actual video played on screen captured with its recorder will mean K800's screen size divided by 3! that's very small! SE u still have time to fix this, do not let ur fans change their minds to buy something else! (i think it's part of their mktg strategy not to incorporate QVGA video coz W900 will not sell as much if K800 is available then..)
