Iīm very interested about these handycam rumours, so does anyone have ANYTHING solid about a SE phone which takes advantage of the "Handycam" brand? Is it just a story which some hardcore SE fan has started to spread on the forums or what?
Personally, I donīt think that the idea of a handycam is impossible at all. The model, if ever announced, will most likely copy the design of the N90/N92/N93. I also believe that it would hold a far more advanced video recording system than the ancient QCIF. And if it would run on Symbian, it could truly compete with the N93. But the N93 seems quite finished so SE has got to hurry if they want to make it in time for the "race"... Otherwise, it might also compete with the also rumoured N83 (if ever announced).
And a few words about the size of the N93. Itīs not that big, your low-end attempts to somehow make the N93 look less glorious are not only childish but also poor. Letīs try to be mature. The N93 is only about 30 grams heavier than the W900 and holds a lot more inside, they even made an internal radio which seemed to be impossible for the W900.
A phone is huge when you cant fit it in a normal pocket, and you can fit the N93 easily. Thatījust it.

Dreadnought says the truth, the 1 kilogram clamshell N93 cant be compared to the K800, N93 is a smartphone and has other features and better video recording, it could be compared to the future SE handycam with UiQ, will be later by the end of the year. And N93 dont released yet, with this BIG phone you can break windows, doors, rob banks and etc.
The main rival of K800 is the N73 and samsung Z710

Why are everyone comparing this brickie with the N93?? Itīs already been proved that the N93 nailed this brickie from the bottom to the top...
The main competitor will be the N73. Thatīs a far more even fight...

It comparison with the review of the n93, the n93's camera is in fact better then the k800's. Unfortunatly, it comes at the cost of it being a brick and barely resembling a mobile phone. The price is also well over the k800s.
Conclusion: K800i will still own!

SE k800 is a 3g phone and has another camera in the front. But apart from that i dont know what the hell the difference is... Can anyone else help?

also i doubt the macro pictures, i dont think k800 will take that bad as the gsmarena proved it to have a very good macro like k750. i think the photographer's hand is ery shaky while using k800, does mobie-review' photographer know how to use this function well? remember that in their site they say n90 managed to have better macro than k750 which is objected by this site by making macro test too. and k750 is winner, so fans of SE dont consider it as a final conclusion, remember the firmware used in that phone isnt be used as final firmware. it will improve surely,

i have read the review on k800 vs n80 and n93, in my own view, k800 pictures reflects reality more precise than n93, and the phone hasn't activated the image stabilizer i think coz it's in automatic mode. if you look at the photos, n93 has very contrasty photos, this is one of the problems in my cybershot carl-zeiss i admit, also note that thisis the factor that bring n90 camera down over k750. canon ixus cameras took real photos than my cybershot, and this is no exception,.. i think the reason why Se didnt put carl zeiss in their phones is due to it's color contrast, so i doubt the early conclusion about n93 having better camera than k800

someone please tell me the difference between the K790 and K800. coz the way i see it, there ain't no hint of difference! if they were juxtaposed, i woudn't know which is which.
