I've been using this phone for 3years. Its very reliable. Good camera quality. I find 2problems - joystick and there is no EDGE

i used this phn for 2 years n has been quite reliable..even dropped it a few time..camera was amazing for 3.2mp.personally i think based on comparison,it beats d 5mp nokia anytime..
only after more than 2 years d keypad doesnt seem to function well..batt gives prob..n joystick is not functioning..maybe due to my way of rough handling,d life span of this phn lasted 2n a half years..with more cautions n care,i guess it would last longer..served me well..stored 800 over pics..
but trust me,its a gd deal for a decent phone..plus,what matters most,its user friendly!!! anyhow,its time for me to change to a new one now..thiking of vivaz/aino/nokia X6..

this is my first ever mobile phone.I have used it for a year and a half. :) the only problem with this phone is the joystick .. :p

It's a shame not posting a comment about it. I've been using this phone for 2 years. It's a quite reliable phone. Camera,the earpiece and the keypad is awsome. If I have a simple complaint it would be about joystick. Apart from it this handset is very userfriendly. I don't care about smartphones and I don't want to suffer using them. My next phone will be Hazel but i'm not gonna replace this thing with that. I will be using this phone as long as it works. Love you my K810i and love SE

I like this phone,its awesome.but the only problem is with the joystick.the sound & picture quality is too good the quality of earphone is superb &also i likes to buy a k850 somebody please help me please post all quality's & problems with the phone......:)

after sales service is poor they are not repaired your phone they change the motherboard if your handset is out of warranty if in warranty they can repair your phone.
