Wow...its really cool in operating, gentle 2 touch...just name it...its really marvelous and i love it cos it is excellent...1more tin u'll enjoy it bcos it is a soft touch screen...

I want to re-install software on my phone ! The update service used to give an option stating that the phone has the latest software but can be reinstalled if we experience any new problems ! But now i aint gettin that option in the update service ! can ny1 help me out ?

I have this type of phone and i can bet its a good phone only that it has a screen problem the screen will mess you up big time. i bought a new screen and in less than one month the screen wontb work again.

Does anyone know an authorized Sony Ericsoon in the USA? Besides the manufacturer? It is too much money to have the phone repair by Sony. Thanks!

My 850i has always given me problems. The issues started right after I bought it. It would reboot by itself, the camera stopped working for a while and started working again by itself. The rebooting became constant and after about 14 months it turned of by itself and it does not turn on! It is dead! Called Sony Ericsson for repair and it costs $150 US ... well a new one is selling for $255. - Not worth it. I will go back to Nokia, much more reliable. I am back using my old Nokia 6600!! Yep old but reliable!

I re-flashed the firmware of my K850 last Saturday because the screen only showed the letters aeiou (vowels) plus c, d. Now it's works like a charm again.
For those who love their K850, or have had it for some tome now must know that one of the thing you have to live with is having to flash and re-flash the firmware.
I bought a pair of Sennheiser earphones and attached them to my K850 with a 3.5 plug adapter and the sound from the Media Player was GRRREATTT!!!! Impressive considering this phone only has basic Walkman features.

my screen stopped working after only about 7 months of purchase. It was brand new when I got it. This problem aside, I think it has a great camera, the music needs more volume..

I have had 5 of these handsets they all freeze or just hang and alot of the time the swiych themselves off!!! i am wondering if i will ever again ge anothe SE.....

H!, I have this K850i no, I hav problem w/ LCD replacement..my original LCD works but not fine..I'm currently replacing it but the replacement is not suitable,no light at all..can anyone suggest an LCD brand??thanks

This is a very good phone, excelent camera and sound, but for your origin (china) its very bad quality of software.
