I bought this phone in august of 2008. First problem came after a month. Got new unit under warranty in February of 2009. November 2009 phone is not working again. $185 - would be repair charge. this model took a lot of my time . Very unhappy with the phone!!!!!!

this is my experience. i really interested in this phone but it the worst nightmare in my life! my friend also using the same phone and facing the same prob! the screen became blank after about a year im using it! in the 2nd year im using it, the screen broke 4 times!!!!!!! damn!!!!!!!! but, other than that camera is awesome. sound is so clear no crack at all but loudness is not true.. pls guys.. this is my advice.. DONT BUY THIS PHONE!!! IT WILL BE YOUR DARKEST MISTAKE!!!!!!!!

I replaced the LCD after 1 1/2 years (sudden screen black-out when i press the keypads - may be due to over and carless used) So far thats the only problem i encountered. When i went to service center, they quote me the repair price and then repair period for 4weeks so i decided to bring it in other non accredited SE service center. They replaced my LCD in just 4mins. The really problem is the SE service center not the product.

this phone has a great problem! the Display ,i change for twice! it has been four times i sent to repair within half year ......so troublesome ....a lauya phone...!n so lag

the k850 picture quality is better than n95 if u heve eye my brother.
