i dont think that this phone is bad. it looks like a business class phone. for camera lovers, SE has a lot to offer. stop complaining ;)

honestly how can you dislike this phone for not having a camera? you know its targeted towards business users right? lots of companies don't allow camera phones. why do you think RIM owns the corporate market? this is a beauty of a phone. as for 3G with no videoconference, the whole idea is OBEX....get it? obviously you dont

But they are Going "SEberry" with UMTS/3G..NO EDGE or Wifi. Thats kinda confusing.3G is faster but it costs a lot as well.

It is a lovely looking phone, I think the reason they haven't added a camera is because they are doing a "blackberry".

I think its nice looking phone and has alot og good features od sony Ericsson. bad or silly point why that phone comes without cam??
If they are looking to it from marketing point they thinking in stupid way, cos customer will pay more for the features of the phon, they can increase the price according to feature or by launching anotherversion of the phone with Cam.

you know that there is more to 3g than just the camera for video conferencing right?
There are about a zillion phones out there with cameras...try those. This is something different and I think its good to think of the box for once.b

Why do they say that it has 3g ??

This phone is definitely better than Nokia E60 & E61 although I was a great fan of Nokia before. (Out of the 6 phones I have owned, the middle 4 are Nokia's)
Now the question is, we shall see which of this 3 phones will hit the market first.

From the picture, the key should be operating in this way,
- 2 switches for 1 button
- left press activate left switch which is "E" - right press activate right switch which is "R"
- middle press activate 2 switches which is "1".

There are reasons for NOT incorporate camera into the phone, becos a lot of companies, especially dealing with sensity project, phone with camera are Forbidded !!
As a result, glad this phone does NOT come with camera ... else, we can only use OLD phones already :-)

this may be one of the greatest phones by now, but, it hasn't got a camera. ain't that a minus for sony ericsson company, all new models have a camera and this one doesn't, that sucks.

so close to being an all rounder, unfortunately it lacks wi-fi. wifi is the new bluetooth.
