i know that SE is only testing no camera phone technology but i believe SE will announce their best phone. i knew it, they only anouncing these first but they will give us a big shot on the following days
if they will ask me here's my options...
megapixel camera of 3-4.0mp ccd camera with AF functions and flash video CIF/QVGA Mpeg4
QVGA TFT LCD 16million colors or better
WIFI,3g,GPRS 10, EDGE 10, WILMA
SYMBIAN os 9.0 UIQ 3.0 with all functions of all P-series models released
A graphics chipset and a power saving fast processor they can do it i know
Media player all formats of a standard PC
this could be a blast and alarm in such companies like NOKIA and the new Benq-Siemens...
From the source i have recieved, Sony is now the best DIGICAM producer cause they have produced a 10.mp camera (CCD/HAD)if this so surely they can bring this technology to SE phones. people don't mind the price because this is now be all time favorite phone is produced...just like the hit of the P900 few years passed.,.,.,.,.
SE we all know you can do it so pls...... bring us an amazing phone

Needs a camera, you can't make video calls with it. SE need to add atleast a 2meg camera to the phone to make it attractive to non business people who like to have all the latest tech.

This is a pretty decent looking phone. it should be hot since sony ericcson made it.
not the reason it doesnt have the camera is because the phone is a business phone, and in most business places camera phones arent allowed. thus this phone doesnt have a camera....
and dont question me cause that is the reason why. want proof? look at all the Treos and Blackberries, no cameras no them... why cause most business offices now a days dont allow you to use camera phones. thus u need non camera phones.
yes im right, and thats the reason.

"bb" I cant agree with you. I was like you and never used my camera phone. but recently i got into an accident and i didnt have pen or paper to write down the license number of the guy who hit me from the back. All I did is took a few snaps of the guy's license plate number/insurance number and a few more and that saved me a thousand dollers.You never know when you need it. its very very important to carry a camera all the time this days. And what else could be better if it's a camera phone?

All new SE phones are coming up with No camera. is that a new strategy? Some people dont use it ever, that i know..but the rest of the phones in the market still has it.

This is a great device but it needs a camera. Even though M600 is mainly for office use, it does not hurt to add megapixels camera.

I for one do not know that much about this or any phone, however I need a good pda phone, from the comments I take it this is a good phone. FORGET the camera function for one second, would you buy it yes or no.

this phone can DEFINITELY compete with the e series - its the SAME OPERATING SYSTEM!
its like saying "do you seriously think the sony vaio laptop can compete with the hp laptops?" - of course! they can do basically the same things!

Nice move from SE. This business phone surely great competitor for Nokia E series (none of the 3 models are hand-writting recognition) and other PDA phones. We don't need camera so far due to flexibility to PC and other devices. Want take a picture? just carry your digital cam or cam phone. I have 3 mobile phones and will buy this one as my 4th mobile phone!

The if is great one i think, but why sonyericsson didnt add WLAN, FM radio and VoIP.
I think we can skip VoIP but not WLAN and FM radio.

Yes this is a Blackberry. For all of you that think you can eat it you're wrong. You can send emails on it though coz that's exactly what it's designed for. Emails. Thanks SE for not putting a crapola camera in it.

Thank goodness no camera!!! getting sick to death of having to leave my phone at recpetions all over london when i visit company's... Alot of company's now in London do not allow you to carry a phone aroud if it has a camera on it.. I understand this is common in the States to and is common all over europe.. so thats why no camra!
