you can let cp repair shop reprogram your phone.... the os might be damaged or your symbian certificate might have been expired...

Go and check your FW, last FW released was R9K009 it should work fine. If not check your WIFI modem/router if you're using it with WLAN. You may also opt to install the latest CORE PLAYER, it plays FLV types which is the format youtube uses.
