Somehow, seems I like this even not a powerful challenger to N95, its just good for a GREAT specs/features at a reasonable price. Hope I can have it!

Ahmad-Why do you want Wi-Fi b/g?Wi-Fi via a smartphone cannot reach speeds in excess of 11mpbs(http://www.telexy.com/Support/...icationId=6) so absolutely no need to take the nokia gimmick'y' route.Now regarding Gps,again unless a device has a sirf III chipset its a bit of a gimmick(nokia uses TI).You also want a super fast processor..why?no need for an expensive battery draining processor on the p1-RAM is more important and the p1 has excelled in this area

At least for now, I am looking forward for a shootout between P990i & P1 on Gsmarena. I request gsmarena to carry such shootouts between the phones of same brand in such cases also irrespective of the brand.

This phone is very good indeed but I would have liked to see 2 things on this phone:-
1.)Lens cover like P990i (or at least like K810).
2.)Only phone flap which is there on P990i. This is very user friendly when you use the phoe as a phone i.e. to make calls.
I sincere hope SE brings satellite navigation & 5-7mp camera with Xenon flash in their new offerings. Maybe P2k!!

as mnay people in here , I say it is an upgrade for M600
The P990 upgraded version should have at least:
Built in GPS Modulator
bigger WiFi range ( b/g )
16M color screen
faster Proccesor
newer OS , either updated UIQ or a totaly new OS
because the UIQ 3.0 doesn't support the camera well for example as the JP-7 in K810
and it doesn't end application after ending , we have to use Swiss Mgr Pro for example to release memorey

for me this is an upgrade of the m600, they could have made a new line for this phones, with these cool keypads, had the m600,at first i didn't like the idae of the keyboard but now i love it, i can type 7 messges as one in less then 2 minutes, when you get used to it,it's great..

You are right Mr. Ijaz Hussain. EDGE is quite important for PK market. Opera browser is not good as compare to Nokia's browser.

how much does this phone cost?in US Dollars?euro?how about Philippine Peso?im waiting for this phone, have an M600i, and i love it, this is the M600i,upgraded way much more,with a camera..i love this phone and the M600..sony ericsson should make a line up of the M600 and P1 family, don't include it in the p series because it's new, becaues it has the new keypad and format, love it.
