one question, did somebody understand if we can do back ups of phone book and messages on the memory card? That was the main difference between nokia's communicator and sony's p910. Nokia is coming up with gr8 stuff as well... sony looks better though

4 weeks back i switched from Nokia3230 to SE P910i. Initially i had few issues. But once i got used to P910i, i can't live without it. Now am ready to switch over to p990i. The features introduced in p990i are the ones which are not there in P910i. I will wait for it and go for P990i. Except EDGE all other features are there which is there in O2, iMate and Palm Treo.
Worth waiting for P990i.

HEY guys out there!! this is da coolest fone eva in da market!!!!! it's a all in 1 wonder... i did think of changeing my p910 4 da HP IPAQ 6515 coz of its wifi... but guess wat!! p990 has EVERYTHING!!!! juz dat it's keypad is kinda "weird" like da p900... but i'll giv it a 9 out 10 SE RAWKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The keys are too small like the P900,it would have been better if the used the same keys of P910.No edge is really disappionting.Why aren't they switching on to windows which is a more friendly OS.

From the specs it sounds really cool & great. Can't wait for it's release... just wished they kept the big screen like it's previous model, P910i.

looks really cool... i think will seriously consider it... with Wifi and 3G ... but i think SE is really obsessed with the keyboard thingy... gees... they should just remove it and make the screen bigger ...

Screen is getting smaller & colour display same as P910,Sad.Hope the key pad can replace it with music navigator..become perfect...sexy babes your idea is damm cool!
Anyway P-series still the Best of the Best !!
P990 I will be waiting for you ...

after observing the E-series that nokia introduce, i'll stick to the p990 well the e-60 and 61 have no cam and e-70 have no video call cam and beside that nothing is a big deal even for the memo-card
i'll go for the p990

is there is any way i can contact to sonyericsson and tell them to put qwerty keyboard on the flip and put music navigation under the just like i-pod.i hope it will come in its next version.just like k750i then w800i the music phone.but i still want to contact with sony ericsson.no edge.

Qatar it is better P990 it has an operating system that is more stable than Microsoft, this phone has 256k and many better things

Guys, don't get too excited with the P990 yet. Nokia just announced that they will be lauching their E-series. Check it out. Nokia E61 = Blackberry wannabe. It also features 16M color display, compared to P990 which only have 256K.

oh and i quite like teh keynoard, i know it cuts the screen size significantly, but qwerty keypad is kul. also this phone is more likely a business phone than mp3, so people would want a keyboard for internet, word docs etc etc

Hey, do any of you guys no when this will be launched in UK. and what about the qtek 8310 or sumfin. that phone seems kul. the only qualitys i am really looking for is sleek, smallish, wifi and lots of software for it. or and LARGE memory. with this i cna get teh 4gig card.

Can't wait for it to be launched......excellent phone and its feat.....Its gonna be my 1st Sony Ericsson phone..I hope I don't get dis-appoint about any thing.
