* N80 versus P990i *
One thing you Nokia freaks are overlooking is the Operating System. Any device without a "real" Operating System is limited in application expandability ie: usefulness. The SEp990i has the latest Symbian v9.1 OS which supports a plethora of applications re: http://www.mobihand.com/gsmare...m=4&sString=
When looking at high-end mobiles there will always be tradeoffs however, you can't beat application expandability for future proofing a handset. Programmers are always cutting code and pushing the boundaries of software development.

Memory card is very good and that's fine! Not much differnt to SD cards, still do same thing really and stll cheap if you look in proper places so stop your moaning!

Yes it doesn't have edge or quadband but 3G is becoming more widly avaible and doesn't effect me anyway! This phone has a smaller reslution so it fits the screen bigger as of course it is bigger than the N80! Opera 8 browser looks very good and still xhtml/html!

Erm well touchscreen is very useful and not problems as you say! Handwritting recognition is a useful thing! And when browsing the internet! 2MP s fine! Get a proper camera if you want high resolution pictures!

yes n80 its a smartphone
and it beat p990 in everything
bigger resolution
1 more megapixel
more powerful wifi b/g compared to p990 only b
edge and quadband
better memory card as for my taste minisd are a better choice they cheaper and still quality
better design (you got the see the black version)
a ms Duo of 128mb its 44$ here...
and really touchscreen are not so great the need of a stylus is annoying and it doesnt make it easier by much really, not to mention the problems what touchscreen usually brings.
so still thinking this one its the best? LOL probably the best UIQ but not the best symbian phone =)

Definitely the biggest, long waited by the people.. I must say that SE P990i would be the no. 1 to be the top best phones right now... poor nokia.... What would be the price of this phone and when would be released in the Phil. and other countries... i must say they improved their OS for now in order the buyers will be more impressed..

why would they rate the n80 higher than the p990i. Is the n80 even a smart phone

this fone is something else, i cant w8 til it gts released in the uk. i had the p800 and was truely amazed at its functionality, question is now tho wether to get this or the xda exec, also iwant to no if video clarity is good, 1 thing wich was bad with p800. anyone no if this is bigger or smaller than previous models.? thanks
