Agree with dragos. Come on people, all of you want EVERYTHING on EVERY phone. UMTS can do a better job than EDGE. Same case for infra vs bluetooth. What makes you all think the phone is MADE JUST FOR YOU ?

uff yea no fon would have edge n umts at the same place, it would be a waste if it does, 3g r faster than edge, y we need edge anyway since we have got 3g, if u re saying wifi r useless, den y intel comes up with centrino?

3G is 3 times faster than EDGE and is 6 times faster than GPRS. Check out the the fact first b4 writing here.Or just go get a nokia 3210. Wifi is neccessary now...every corners hv free wifi surfing..just bring extra batt...if u gnna use this phone to surf. unless u live in the jungle using smoke signal.

Features wise it looks great.
Obviously lookswise it could have been better.
Even EDGE migth have made it perfect phone ever.
Nonetheless W800 is good bargain as this might be launched it much higher cost.

yay ms pro duo too i forgot to mention so lots of expandable memory on top of the internal memory. 80mb is big for internal memory and 4gb card at launch of phone wow. thats big for a phone.

Hey people!
What is this freakin nonsense about EDGE? Who really needs it?
As long as it has UMTS, it is no use to have EDGE. UMTS provides video calling and high speed internet, much higher than EDGE. So why should u use EDGE as long as u have UMTS. It just doesn't make sense.
This phone has everything available in mobile technology today, it is the ultimate phone. So stop winning about the lack of EDGE because u just sound ridiculous.

this is by far the best phone imo so far. it will definately be worth the money and the wait. imo it is better than any nokia so far apart from the nokia n90 screen and video recorder (but there will probably be a symbian video recorder for it anyway) and edge (but thats not a problem really). it should have mostly everything you need anyway like touchscreen, qwerty keyboard, fm radio, 2mp camera with autofocus/flash, videocalling etc. perfect for texting with the qwerty keyboard and more fun with the touchscreen. perfect for me and most of the phone users. good job :)

hello KID.. do u know that there is something called '2GB memory card'? btw this phone has internal memory of 80MB bigger than any phones in town now..this phone & w800 SIMPLY rox the world!! SE keep up the GOOD WORK!

Finally it comfirm as P990i and I'm going to have it. this is a phone worth waiting for from SE,all P800/P900/P910 will agree.

se rockssssssssssss nokia suxxxxx n all those peeps who hate se also suxxx big time.
nokia:2mp camera=se:1.3mp so guyz dont compare nokia with se.nokia has no class.
i mean just compare nokia7610-ses700 who wins se in looks,camera,features,price wut elz u guyz want.look at the n series of nokia i mean look at the rates sky high n se is giving same feature phone half da price with better camera n screen quality.
nokia8800-big joke for the price.se rules n always will.nokia suuxxxx n always wil.lol:-d

Just put the pics of the P900/910 beside this one..& try to look at all three as if they were newly released mobiles..U will realize how UGLY this P990 is...

this is a fuddu phone.like all fuddu p series phones it also has a slide keyboard which takes the permanent line on the screen.Ghoonse lok buy this phone.fuddu phone for fuddu people

Well All U SE Guys,
Will definately go Ga..Ga.. over this..But if U have a stable head..Then there is nothin so extraordinary about this one..especially since its goin to come in the first quarter 2006..
The Look is worse than the SE P900/910..They reduced the screen size..The resolution of the display is 320x240( well Nokia's mid range mobiles the 6280/6270 will be havin that resolution, so forget even gettin close to the resolution of the N90)
So to put it simply this one Ugly lookin downgrade of the Great P900/910..
