you cant play 2 seperate java application on this phone
ebuddy is a java apps and the main internet of this phone is also java (operamini 2.0v) so i suggest upgrade your ebuddy to 3.0 or get a bolt browser 3.01v this will at least give you more power on the net using your mobile (chat, email, youtube, live streaming and downloading feature all in this bolt browser.. im using UCWeb , Bolt, opera mini 4.2 operamini 5.121 operamini 5.122, and opera 10.1 and ebuddy 3.0 (mobile net addict hahahah)

plz help me when i open web aplication and open ebuddy aplication the web aplication is closing i only one aplication is running i want to many apliaction like web + ebudy + messeges when i open messgegs then open ebuddy the messege apliacation is closed plz help me....... thanks

Great phone. UIQ 3 is a highly customizable OS...I still miss it today.

if the wifi you search has a padlock icon on the side plaese ask for the password and set it up > put password > save > then connect if you want to know how to set it up please refer to the manual hahahahah just kidding hahahahah but seriously the manual its a big help as well look at the upper left of this screen underneath the picture of this phone there is a link for the manual , justr click , download and read hope i helped

just to add guys this phone also has a firewall
you cna download as well > if you are downloading files on the internet and the phone detects it, it will show you a message and automatically cancel the download althi=ough you cna download it again at your own risk

i am using this fone from jan 2007. this fone is my little note book... i listen music, make documents and peresentations... get n send mails.... i used that fone more that 1100 hrs... and more than 1 lac msgz but not even a single malfunctioning is there... yes its lil bit slow but i recycle my fone by every 2-3 months... n m really happy withs its performance... i simply love that fone

i am planning to buy a new phone (bb curve 3g 9300) but when i read the reviews and posts about my current phone, p990i, i've decided to stick with it. perhaps i haven't maximizes its full potential yet.

thanks a lot guys and gsm arena too. i can use the money allotted to more important matter. :)

I've been using this phone for almost three years already and still its the best for me..it is still working so well but my only problem is the casing.it already looks very old with scratches and even lost its color at the sides..im from the philippines does anybody know where i can buy the casing?

now, it's about 5 years that I'm using my p990, more than 700 hours call time, working as a netbook! (checking mails, using the pdf reader, word, excels,...) and many many times dropped, and it works as well as the first day! I love it, and never will change it, till it's working for me! :D
