bad phone...The messaging just doesnt work for me... I get a message saying ..."Currently unavailable" when I try to type a message.Bad buy!

this is for everyone who keep posting comments in a wrong way about this headset...IT IS A RADIO PHONE it is called r306 Radio...it is for people who listens to radio not mp3 or picture...camera is for mms and mp3 support for ringtones

this was my phone a long time ago and the camera is bad as! the mp3 player doesn't sound clear and the controller on the phone is so confusing!

os is damn slow, has 1.3 mp cam only 5mb storage space,& no memory expansion, this phone is ugly created by Sony Ericsson..

When you have a phone with a price tag as this, i say don't expect to much from it. If you want a good camera resolution, i say buy Cybershots. If you want good mp3 results, buy a walkman.
This costs P2800 here in the Philippines, about $50-$60. Very cheap. So What you're paying for is the looks and the good BASIC quality like texting and calling. If you want good mp3 and camera, i say spend more than $50 and buy yourself a more expensive ones.
What SE aims for this phone is for the masses to get a nice looking phone in a very low pricetag.
Dont complain, cause you should've bought a more expensive phone if you wanted MORE.

when we choose looks over features you get stuck with phone such as this.
i would have read a hundred reviews before getting this cell and yes most werent very appealing but this the whole aura of having a clam shell model at a budget for my first phone seemed like the best thing to do.
yes it was noticed buy all my friends and given rave comments for its looks. but sadly
camera >> i rate it a 0.5 /5 as its terribly difficult to take gud pics an on screen resolution is worse ( so you actually know how the pics come out only on computer)
radio >> it has a decent radio and a cool loud speakers but im not a radio person and i lost out on that experience too
memory>> memory is so low that sometimes it just KILLS you when you have to delete your inbox to accept more messages( to me hardly 20 -30 was the inbox limit)
you cant put music... you can just put mp3 ringtones ( which also maybe hardly 2-3 as the memory isnt enough)
phone clarity>> many a times my phone just freezes while making a call ... and invariably i have to call twice each time.
call list>> the call list sometimes just dosent update making it difficult to track your last call or saving your friends number when he gives you a missed call.
after many attempts at the service center and setting right some problems like encrpted messages in inbox ,missing messages or appearance of old deleted messages or mix match of message senders names some problems never stop.
overall an utter waste of 5200 ( it was so much when i got it)
and i really cant wait to get a better cell experience from another new cell as i have had enough with this!

This phone is not expensive i purchasd it for rs3000
in this budget the phone is nice, have cool features but the phone quality is poor. for the long term usage of phone sony should provide the better quality plastic on phone.also the flap is too heavy looks like the maximum weight is provided on the flap..the memory of this phone is too low its only 5mb..over all the phone is nice but a person cant use this poor quality product for a long time

My Real Experience with R306
1. No ergonomics in using the flip
2. Camera lens are not properly placed, u wont feel comfort while clicking
3. When camera is provided, there should have been an optional memory card. This itself is a big wrong design decision.
4. Speakers are waste, u can not use them
5. Its just 3days, I purchased this handset., and the charger already started heating up.
6. All together, you will feel bad about your decision, if u go for this model.
