No Shutter sound of this phone can not be turned off. This is the major disadvantage with most of the Sony Ericsson phones

I think, they who often critizes phones bcoz they r not meet their qualifications, it is better for those people to make their own phones with their own specs and with their own brand also... So they will be no minors. I think each brands surely try their best to make the best phones so lets appreciate their attempts... Sorry guys, no hard fellings. It is just an opinion...

I like the shape... and also the color..., blue...:) considering it's a low-end phone. i think the features are impressive.

I totally find sony ericsson's battery very helpful but i dont really like the headset connection..its a bit too big to be comfortable..

geez, this phone is also sleek. im planning to buy this one but i cant find a better review.. compared to 6300 of nokia this is greatest! yeah! it got flash dude! and better camera i think! snapshot series?

There's a chance this phone could do well if it's cheap enough. (like what made the Samsung E250 such a success)

No more activity menu button, which basically means no more multitasking - which was basically what made SE so much better than nokias and no more autofocus for any camera below 5MP - so in a nutshell no more reason to buy sony ericsson with these crappy new products thet are releasing - BRING BACK THE W610i and W660i and save this lost company! I think the brave challenge SE put up against nokia is officially over - they have stripped the best thing about SE and its so sad!

in terms of design,the s302 is continuing the candy bar series ,which started with the classics best sellers - k750,w800,w810,w700 etc ... but SLIMMER and very refined touch and unique colors as usual from sonyericsson.the midrange,compact candy bar phone series will always have its place in the mobile phone world, with new features and design as long as mobile phones will exist.
