i have the phone for over a year and didn`t have any of teh problems i saw here... untill i dropped it in hot coffee... now it is not working..beacuse is still wet... i really love the phone..it made me no software problems of battery... a talked at ot more than 3 hours and the battery was at the half...

i love this phone, my keypad may have cracked but it still works just fine. the only thing that bugs me about it is that i have to manually cancel out of everything. I think think phone is beautiful and is the best phone iv ever had

Probs
Keypad cracked - after 3 months
Sidelight not working - 10 months
Speaker not working - 1 year
# key not working - 1-1/2 year
still looking forward for probs

I think this fone is very gud i droped it several times once in water and it still working fine the only thing wrong is the lights at the side(think that might be becuz of the water) yeah

well ive just resently lost my phonee.. and i was really thinking aboutt buying thiss onee. butt after readingg all these posts about how shit and how good it is.. i cant make up my mind of getting it or not..! :( someone ppleasee helpp mee :'(

I have had this phone for a year and a half. It was nice when i fisrt got it then it started to fall apart after 6 months. first the keys cracked, then the side lights went out, then the plastic on the sides started to chip. just recently the send button stopped working. the phone still works for making calls but has lost its appeal. features were good for me at the time and i really liked it until recently.

When i am talking back light of my phone doesn't turn off, how can i turn off the back light when i am talking? pls help

I had this phone and it wuz great. It wuz my first phone and I loved it. The pics were high qualtiy. Unfortunalty my house wuz robbed and they stole the phone. Soo I got a new phene and it wuz RUBBUISh (LG KS360) But I left that on a plane so I gettin a new phone and I think I might get this phone again I REALLY reckon mend this phone. It is also dosen't break easyy I dropped mine down tha stairs a couple of times on to a hard wood floor so really do get this Phone S500i!

i got this phone on july '08 , within 10 days the display started showing some lines ,so i gave it for service and got it repaired. then in jus 6 months again the same problem . my display was terribly bad , got the lines on my display covering the whole screen.got it repaired again as it was under the warranty period. now after another 6 months , same display problem. i cant jus keep on going for a service for this mobile. so getting rid of this one. And still more , the keypads broke, head set and the power supply cord junction is not proper, i need to adjust everytime to get in the right track.
it has a good camera and a good music speakers .

HI to all this phone is great at first but after a while the keypad just suddenly cracked and after a while the side colors(the light that blinks if you receive a call or an sms) just fell apart now the colors are split in two so now I'm planning to buy an w508 phone that's much cooler much durable but if you compare the price of the two you just need to add a little pesos so if I were you I will just buy a w508 phone

from my experience after having the phone for 1 month after purchase it the battery stated to die easily after 15 mins of talk time..i have made reports about the battery and was granted a new battery; however the problem still persists, so i guess its the fone itself giving problems
Its a nice phone otherwise
