Please can someone tell me... CAN THIS PHONE TAKE MORE THAN A 128MB MEMORY CARD ?
Someone told me it couldn't, which I find hard to believe as why would Sony put a limit on a high spec camera like this.

The W5500/W600 are the little brother to the W800... Not the S700, they just share form factor...
S700 is a camera based phone
W800/W600/W500 are WalkMan/Music based phones

this phone will not be out EVER, i work for o2 and sony came in to do trainin with them and the w550 is the baby brother too s700i

I saw this phone at mobile2 for sale (www.goldkist.net/mobile2), i was askin em what was the difference between this n w550 which they had for sale...lolx. They only have 1 of this piece, its dark blue n looks much better than the w550 (orange) but i got the w550 in the end for my girlfriend cos dark blue might not have suited her...

this phone will be replaced by:
W600 for USA
W550i/c for the rest of the world
witch is better... :) more memory =D yay

this phone has been "killed" by SE
meaning it will never be lauched. its replaced by the W550i/c

i was wondering if this phone has its own ringtones where you can record your or other peoples voices and use that as a ringtone as well as post a certain voice with a certain number, kind of like voice caller id, and if not can someone reconmmend a phone that has this feature.

I think this is a very interesting phone from SE but it's main disadvantage is the lack of memory card..

Wow another phone from sonyE! i like this new one but it disappoints me because it lacks expansion memory. they must support this phone with Duo or Pro so people would keep this for more years than to change for another models.
But I hope Sony Could Do This:
3mp camera with 10x digital zoom
Qvga display with 24bit colour depth
Ir, Bluetooth, Usb, Edge, and 3G
WLAN,4gigabyte memory with MS-Pro card slot
Video Audio and Picture messaging
And Many more as people interpreted the P910 before...
I think It's A combination Of K750,p910, and this one with more advenced features hopefully, sony could rival best selling phones with this model someday....

would be good if had at least 1 gb in memory and a better camera, i saw pics taken with the camera on a review and they show noises even in sunny day light--

Well,is a great phone such like k500/508,great feature n low price(maybe).. if u say add tv program or made a 7mp camera phone,y dun u made a phone dat include air cond?it seems dat now earth is very hot... wadeva,juz a word:good work sony!!!
