Hi, can anyone tell me where to get the newer firmware to upgrade the video recording lenght of the phone? This phone is currently one of the best but they should have included an OS to give it more use for business.

It does not use a OS. It just has java games, wap browsing and basic HTML (normal/smaller web) browsing.
The old firmware can record 2 minuets video (3g type) or play up to half an hours mpeg4 video off of the 32mb memory card. The 128mb card can take about 2hours I think.
With a newer firmware, you can record unlimited clips (untill the memory runs out).

looks that sony ericsson needs to use the symbian OS and then it will be the best mobiles compared with Nokia, Motorola, and samsung

i dunno but i think all nokia phone screen really worst they never learn to put 262k TFT screen except 6680 n 6681 coming out mid 2005 thats all

kokos, i think s700 would be great. it has all the functions you probrably want in a mobile phone. but samsung is greater in graphic performance though. the screen, the icons, everything's just great. so, the choice is up to you :]
