The card supports a 128mb MS card as its maximum size. But if it has a switch (2x128 cards) then it "might" work. Don't really know.
Also, yes the phone is a little bit deep. But I did not want a tiny phone ;) .
If its too big, there are many other smaller phones out there.

I know that S700 Doesn't Support Memory Stick Duo Pro, but could sb tell me if it supports 256MB MSD (which is 2*128 with a mechanical switch)?

Yes, it has a speaker phone. But it is on the back, so may caurse problems depending apon use.
I am not shure how many user groups it can have. But you cannot search phone numbers via groups, I think it only allows searching for text and sms services.

Well...S700i is a COOL phone...
Nice Design, nice display and it's cool camera i guess...but on the otherhand, it sux too that the phone does not support full screen videos and memory stick duo 256MB and above. Also ive found very few games and applications for s700i compared to nokia6600. S700i is a Cool phone though. wish it had all those features...

The firmware you have, may depend on what country, as there are differnt laws as to what you are allowed to do. I think it is illegal to have a silent phone in some countrys. So it they may have changed it.
Yes, you can download the firmware of the internet. But you need a special cable, and pay for the service (I do not think there are any free services).

I'm merely suggesting Mitsubishi M900 to kira, who is open minded fortunately. M900 takes better pics (http://forums.hardwarezone.com...hp?t=942220)
and more affordable with almost the same features I-M-O (understand?!) Actually the comment is meant for kira, ur opinions are pretty extra btw.

It can connect to a usb via a seperate Sony Ericson docking station, or a data cable.
Or you can use the other connectivity (Bluetooth, Infra red or the memory card and a pc card reader).
The silent photo taking depends apon which version of phone it is (you can sometimes update it), which country and which service provider.
