Sony Ericsson has done it again,just after getting over the thrill of a P900 then comes another prospective HIT in the S700/K700 only E680(Motorola's latest) comes close in rivalry,Nokia and the others will have to take a queue from these I guess!

i think this is targeted against the nokia 9500(q1 2004 release). the 6230 killer would be the SE k700.
the only thing that is bothering me is the release of the s700 which is q4 2004.
however the features of the s700 are very impressive especially the display and the 1.3 megapixel camera.
again my thumbs up to Sony Ericsson.at least they are not sleeping and they are not sleeping on their laurels with the success of their t610 being awarded as the best phone at the recent GSM in Cannes, Franch.

well i agree that this is a great phone with 256k colour... is nice and worth to buy.... i wan to buy it too... nokia!!! nonono!!

it says: announced 1Q/2004. and not available. i wonder why dont they tell the time of availability as the nokia one does. any waz the phone is great in design and features . a good one sony ericsson. but the design is some strange.

Jerga: What frequency band do you use at Peru? I'm in Panam and we use the 850Mhz... I just wanted to know.. I mean, I'll die if they don't do an Americas version for us...

Nokia releasing new phones next week?! YAY!!!!! I love to have choices... But I hate my indecission... Better Phones! Yes..!!! I'll be looking out for those new phones... Since Nokia appears to be the only one to take care about us in the Americas...

Espinosa: Nokia 6230 killer? 6230 comes next week, S700 in Q4/2004. Next Wednesday Nokia will announce new phones. Then we could say if S700 is a Nokia killer. :)

This is basically one of Sony Ericsson's Japanese style phone's which is similar to NTT DoCoMo's SO505i.

I just bought a T610 and (after seeing this monster) I'm already regreting the spent money. :) (just a joke).
It's the greatest phone seen until now (except the smart-phones like P900).
