I heard it can not be used for USA 3G network, is that true? I am on Tmobile 3G internet plan and they use 1700 upstream/2100 downstream. Please let me know if anyone know about this, thanks and appreciate!

i love my satio but i got it on less than a week ago and the cam has never worked i try and get a new 1 but sony have recalled all satios because for thr softwear and will be fixing it soon i blody hope so. for all these who have got 1 return it and hope for the best for them to fix it.

so who cares if carefone dont sell this fone, its better than any nokia or iphone by miles. nokia been making rubbish fone for years now and aple can only make 1 fone 3 times. same stuff over and over. at least sony-ericson try and be new and exiting. all you fanboys stop winjing, sony have won the race agen!

Comments below suggest it has lots of bugs. Bull sh*t. No problems with mine, In fact i hear the iphone has more bugs, The camera on the iphone sucks big time and the fact that it has no secondary camera for video calling is unbelievable. Also, who in God's name is going to use all the applications on an iphone. I think its and overated handset. The only good point about the iphone is the touch screen. GO SE

just went in carphone warehouse to get a satio and they said they'd all been recalled cause they kept goin faulty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! gonna get an n900 instead, gutted

SE company have better to come out with an update or else.. I will do my best to bring the company down..

It is a perfect phone IF the bugs/glitches were to be fixed.. I've been experiencing alot of problems with Satio recently..
1)My WiFi disconnects every 5-6 (even when the signal strength is strong)
2)Sometimes, when I run the internet browser, my phone restarts
3)When I try to play videos, (MP4) it pops out "COULD NOT READ FILE" after the second try, it played..
4)Battery Life is tooo short.. (Seriously, I played music for 8 hours and it goes "BATTERY LOW".. wth..

Overall, my conclusion is...
-SONY, if you want to sell your products, Sell it super cheap.. what's the point of selling it at a high price, when it sucks? isn't that just ruining your own reputation?

My Suggestions:
1)firmware update..! FIX ALL THE BUGS for christ sake.
2)do something to improve its battery life..

Other than that, it is a great phone.. a superior phone.. without the bugs and everthing.., it is sure to beat the iPhone and N97.. If you don't fix this bugs, this will be my last time supporting your ass..

If a phone being expensive and popular automatically means it's the best, then that must mean the Iphone is one of the very best phones available due to it's ridiculously high price tag and baffling popularity. Yeah, it has plenty of plus points, but spec-wise and quality-wise, it's not even in the top 20.

I've said it a million times and I'll say it again - unfortunately, popularity is no longer relative to quality.

this phone has been recalled from all cpw store if you have purchaced one i recomend going bk into the store and telling them you want it swapping to a diffrent handset whilst you have time too!!!

If you are thinking of getting this phone, then don't !!!!! It is as unreliable as it gets. In fact it is so bad that the UK's largest mobile phone retailer has pulled it, and is refusing to sell it, until Sony sort it out. Your choice of course, but you have been warned!!!
