MAnufacturing is not easy:

see X1 fiasco with HTC.

even HTC got into trouble!

X1 had so much trouble that it was not funny even Nokia fans.

Nokia, Samsung etc. have their own factory all over the World! For example in Euro. Not only Asia does the manufacturing!

SOf course SE needed technology - these SE fans can not even use google, keep denying the fact that SE got technology from SAGEM!

All these reps do not read the industry publications at least they should able to google :)))

other thing alcatel doesn't make phones they are into infrastructure business joint venture with lucent and they are going down in business.

Sony ericsson doesn't need any help from any one except Sony and Ericsson who are its parents. Don't forget Sony Ericsson has Sony and Ericsson, sony known for brand and quality and Ericsson know for technology with over more than 100 years into wireless field like no other company.

if you do not know anything about wirelss field, don't bring filthy words in this forum.

I think after Sagem SE should get some technology from Alcatel.

I tell you what is magic:

- SE is still in business after being in red for so long. Loss, loss, loss, loss

I hope they come beck something revolutionary - the market needs SE. Motorola also in trouble!

But at least they had the V3!

SE had nothing forlong time.

K850 was good but N82 came shortly and wiped it out easily. (see sales figures!)

but K850 was good. Nothing since!


Just for comparison?: Samsung sold a ton of Omnia and Omnia HD will be the same.

Nokia sold 10 times more unit as Samsung as far as smart phones. SE is not even on the map of smart phones market. X1 was a disaster!

Yes, SE so innovative that they are unable to manage a 3.5mm jack or a USB charger!


I am sure they will announce something very important shortly like:

- We got it. We promise the 3.5mm jack for the next generation of phones by 2011.

So we can connect real decent earphones (like Shure).

Probably, you have a 400W stereo You got it from from a cheap store because it is 400W.

You do not realize there are 100W amplifiers for 10000 SD.

12mp provides resolution at best but not quality.

The same technology with 8mp would produce much better quality but less PR.

Did you ever print an 8mp and 12mp image?

No! You never!

You would know that at normal size - less than a wall poster - you do not any see difference in the resolution.

Ignorance is blessing for some. :)))

i'm very much looking forward for this phone. how much do you think this will cost? i'm comparing this with the new Nokia N97. But Idou having a 12mp cybershot camera is a lot more exciting than the N97..

All in all i think its an awesome phone, and i am a sony ericsson fan from the start, but i do not like the icons for the menu they look horrible to me...how could you have such a beautiful phone with top notch features and image quality and have such basic ugly icons for the menu...i love sony ericsson and sony on a whole all i buy is sony products but those icons need to go

If you are going to have a nice phone get a nice bluetooh stereo headset to go with it. You have a wirless phone, at least get a wireless headset. I have 2 of them, and you could not get me to go back to a wired headset. Besides, a 3.5mm hole is there for you to get crap down in your phone to mess it up.
