If i happen to buy a HDTv that has a crappy sound, i'll throw it outside the window.
If I bought the Omnia HD which says captures HD videos then gives out crappy sound, i'll throw it as well. No excuses here if it says Hi-def, the audio should be impressive, too. Talking 'bout hi-def...

ŽIdou will be 1500mah li-po best than 1500mah li-ionŽ
Is this a wish :)))
Or you have proof (official announcement)!
No, you got nothing!
As of today - Idou has a 1000mAh lousy battery for a TFT screen.

Direct strong sunlight makes the TFT screen also unusable.
I have used the X1 and it was unreadable in strong sunlight!
But, if it feels good that no perfect phone on the market .... :))))

Watch out guys! If you're planning to get the Omnia HD, the best time to get out of your house is at DUSK! LOL
No more morning walks in the park. LOL!

This is Idou forum.
Are you confused?
Yes, HD can be better. Especially when you compare it to a HD digital camera :)))
I suggest to read and see GSMArena review!
I think SE would be pretty happy to have this model - no question it will be a big hit. The Onia was and is so HD will be even better.
SE should follow the sample.
Slim phone with large OLED screen with HD video, great 8mp camera!
Great great great battery - 5.5 hours video play back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No bashing only opinions and facts:
- TFT is outdated
drain battery, low quality, OLED is desirable.
- 1000mAh is a bad joke, pro writters als oquestioned SE about it. SE did not correct specs for months !
- 15-18 mm thickness is a brick for 2010 market
- 12mp camera is a gimmick
small crowded sensor provides unnecessary resolution but increases noise and artifact
The big question:
Who will manufacture and where will be made?

That was my opinion - truthfully. Nothing to be banned for :)))))
SE should get its act together (just like Motorola) because the market great and more competition better for us!

as far as comparison of Omnia HD and Idou
- it is totally inappropriate!
Omnia HD is practically out!
Reviews are available : GSMArena did a great review!
Idou is a concept phone. No review and not even decent reliable specs available.
We do not know who and where it will be made!
SE unable to tell us!
The October release is absolutely unrealistic.
So by the time of Idou release worldwide, we know it takes months for SE to release a phone worldwide see X1, Omnia HD2 will be out.
Se may even cancel the Idou project or rename it - new model, new specs.

OmniaHD - Disadvantages And Disappointments
1.No lens cover [ easy to dust and scratches]
2.The battery cover made by cheap & glossy plastic [easy as fingerprints magnet and feels like every moment its about to fall, it's immediately canceled]
3.Single LED is below the standard for such High-End device that itself sets new standarts for video quality among cellular phones
4.The screen on direct sunlight presents simply unreadable picture and described as useless.
5.No Multi-Touch.
6.Poor quality sound which recorded as AMR-8000Hz-16 bit-2 channel-12.8 Kbps bit rate. in HD movie.
7.No FM transmitter
Idou Can Beat OmniaHD EASILY!!

I think a lot of people in this forum had gone too far. Bashing Idou (hater) and bashing back (lover). They're even went out of topic most of the time. Why we can't all just wait for these devices (Idou, Omnia HD, N97) to be available in the market and let the experts (read: not you guys, lovers and haters) do the rundown comparison.
Reading each and every (hate) posts here made me ask myself...What are you getting from all of these, guys?
You have just become more and more pathetic. Really...

> In reply to Anonymous @ from HHHH - click to readfirst thing is ur operator should support the video call, then while in data call you are actually using 3G call-data as frames are transferred over the air as packets with preambles in case of WCDMA (3G). conclusion is that you will need data plan.
