this fone is very good but i hav a problem wit it...anytime i press the button it wont work...only the end call button works...i havent dropped itor anytin its new...i dont kno wat to do about it.....any advice for it?

pleasant good day,

i have purchase one of the sony ericcon T280 i like it because it is very handy, but my problem is that am not hearing clearly upon receiveing a call and need to know how to adjust the volume so i can hear from the other end properly.

turns out this phone is worse than i thought it would be! in some places they are well and truly robbing people blind charging extortionate prices. what do people think of the screen?
